Quality and Training Manager (Chauffeur Operations)

As part of the KSA Operations team, you will support and motivate our chauffeur partners to deliver a consistently safe, reliable, and elevated guest experience. You will be a key pillar of Blacklane’s training and quality standards in KSA, helping maintain and continuously improve the quality of our chauffeur services through data-driven insights, effective training programs, and a strong culture of excellence.

YOUR CHALLENGE:

You will:

  • Develop and lead Blacklane’s chauffeur training academy and programs in KSA.
  • Design and expand theoretical and practical courses across all segments of chauffeur training, and manage our Learning Management Systems in both English and Arabic.
  • Work closely with our partners to understand their customization requirements and train chauffeurs accordingly.
  • Work on the ground with chauffeurs to provide on-the-job training.
  • Use data to identify areas for improvement in chauffeur performance and quality, and provide insights for new training materials.
  • Manage our auditing process, quality assurance frameworks, and conduct spot checks.
  • Manage the quality of our partners by analyzing data, setting clear expectations, and providing frameworks for other operations teams.
  • Deliver theoretical and practical sessions covering the key competency areas identified in the core chauffeur training modules.
  • Promote a culture of teamwork, sustainability, stability, respect, and tolerance.
  • Share feedback and continuously improve the effectiveness of course materials with your Team Lead and Head of Operations.

 ABOUT YOU:

You have:

  • 6+ years of relevant work experience in a business environment.
  • A clear commitment to quality, professionalism, and delivering high-quality services.
  • An in-depth understanding of luxury service elements and the ability to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • A strong interest in operational execution.
  • Experience setting up and implementing quality and training programs within luxury industries, with a track record of improving performance.
  • Skill in data analysis, including gathering, analyzing, and drawing meaningful conclusions to generate insights and improve existing approaches.
  • The ability to motivate teams to improve each day and build a sense of pride in chauffeuring.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity, coupled with effective communication and presentation abilities for diverse groups.
  • Leadership qualities and the ability to lead and inspire teams.
