The Assistant General Manager role supports our General Managers as the guardians of our stores, owning everything from the experience we provide for our customers, to coaching and motivating our teams so that we successfully deliver our mission to serve our customers high-quality food and coffee at affordable prices. Moving as one, you manage the small things to make the magic happen and ensure our home is the home of our customers and our team members too.

Who We’re Looking For
- Inspire, motivate and support your store teams to keep bringing their best selves to work every day
- Ensure the daily success of your stores so that we are providing the best service to our customers
- Be a brand ambassador, living our values and upholding our brand standards to the highest level
- Responsible for accurate stock ordering, rota management and maximising commercial opportunity in your stores
- Responsible for all elements of store delivery in the General Manager’s absence
What You’ll Own

- Some experience and a strong passion for managing, coaching, and developing people
- A commercial mindset that understands all the components of driving delivery across multiple locations
- A self starter with a can do, solution oriented mindset and a positive outlook

- Someone that can see the bigger picture and isn’t afraid to get stuck in to make the magic happen
- A love for the Blank Street brand and genuine excitement to be a part of the amazing journey we are on
