About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Platform Operations Coordinator to support our platform's operational needs. This semi-technical role will focus on quality assurance, documentation, and administration, helping ensure our platform runs smoothly and meets user needs. This is a full-time (40 hours/week), remote, mid-level position with benefits reporting to the VP of Operations

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete Platform QA at least 8 hours/week, conducting quality assurance testing to ensure platform features and updates function as intended and identifying and documenting bugs or issues for resolution.
  • Create and maintain up-to-date documentation for platform features and updates, ensuring clarity and accessibility for end users.
  • Assist in creating and delivering training materials for internal teams or end-users on platform features or updates.
  • Serve as a primary contributor in our Pendo analytics platform, managing platform guides, tracking feature usage, and analyzing user interactions to inform improvements.
  • Generate and maintain reports related to platform usage, feature adoption, or QA metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline platform-related workflows, supporting both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain and update the company's internal knowledge base to ensure teams have easy access to platform-related information.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance platform usability and operational efficiency. Provide feedback and suggestions to relevant teams.
  • Assist Business Data Analysts with document creation and design using tools like Canva and with completing data QA as projects require.
  • Provide administrative support and contribute to Operations and Engineering teams projects and tasks.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using collaboration and documentation tools (e.g., Slack, Google Workspace, Asana, and Canva).
  • Familiarity with software QA processes and tools is a plus but not required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple responsibilities effectively.
  • Experience with Pendo or similar tools is a strong advantage.
  • This is a remote position 
  • Willingness to travel periodically (2-4 times annually).
