Role Overview:


The GTM Data Analyst is responsible for analyzing sales, marketing, and customer success performance to optimize revenue growth. This role provides data-driven insights to improve pipeline efficiency, campaign effectiveness, and overall GTM execution. The ideal candidate will leverage data analytics to drive strategic decision-making and improve overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities & Actions:

Performance Analysis & Insights

  • Track key GTM metrics, including pipeline development, deal win/loss analysis, and revenue trends.
  • Analyze sales productivity, deal cycles, and customer acquisition data to identify growth opportunities.
  • Generate and interpret reports for operating cadence meetings, providing actionable insights.
  • Conduct cohort analysis to assess customer segmentation and retention trends.

Forecasting & Planning

  • Support revenue forecasting using historical data and predictive modeling.
  • Collaborate with Finance and Revenue Operations teams for quota analysis and sales performance tracking.
  • Identify leading indicators of revenue growth, customer churn, and deal stalls.
  • Contribute to strategic planning efforts by providing data

Process & Strategy Optimization

  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, sales cycle efficiency, and marketing ROI.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize sales funnel performance and lead conversion.

Tool & Data Management

  • Leverage BI tools and analytics platforms for data extraction, visualization, and reporting.
  • Maintain data consistency and accuracy across GTM platforms, ensuring high-quality data integrity.
  • Optimize Salesforce workflows, reports, and dashboards to support GTM teams.
  • Support data governance initiatives by implementing best practices for data hygiene and compliance.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a sales or marketing environment.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, including building reports, dashboards, and managing data quality.
  • Experience with BI and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar).
  • Strong SQL skills for data extraction and analysis.
  • Familiarity with revenue operations and GTM processes.
  • Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
