Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented marketing professional with a passion for supporting impactful marketing initiatives? Blend, a dynamic and growing B2B software company working with the nation’s largest banks and lenders, is seeking an ambitious Remote Marketing Programs Specialist to join our team.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in the planning, execution, and optimization of various marketing programs, with a special focus on events (both virtual and in-person), and related demand generation programs.
This role requires excellent project management and communication skills, the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously, and a collaborative approach to working cross-functionally across marketing and sales. Responsibilities:
- Event Management: Assist in the planning, promotion, and execution of webinars, virtual events, conferences, and trade shows. This includes managing event logistics, vendor communication, attendee registration, material preparation, and post-event follow-ups.
- Marketing Operations Support: Perform tasks related to campaign setup and project management, including purchase order creation, contract execution, budget tracking, vendor onboarding, and payment processing.
- CRM & Marketing Automation: Assist in creating and managing event-related campaigns in Hubspot and Salesforce, ensuring timely lead uploads and accurate data management.
- Sales Enablement Support: Collaborate with Sales Leaders and Account Executives to track engagement with marketing programs, optimize outreach strategies, and contribute to pipeline acceleration.
- Budget Management: Track event-related expenses and assist in managing the overall marketing budget.
- Vendor Management: Proactively work with external vendors to ensure timely and high-quality execution of marketing activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in a marketing support role, including internships or project-based work.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to perform using tools in the Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Experience with project management solutions like Asana is a plus.

- Highly organized with a strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative and the ability to work independently in a remote setting. At the same time, you are collaborative and enjoy working as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to travel to support conferences as needed.
- Comfortable learning and utilizing new marketing technologies and tools.
- A proactive interest in leveraging technology to enhance efficiency (e.g., for communication, content brainstorming, design support).
To comply with local legislation, as well as to provide greater transparency to candidates, we share base pay ranges on all job postings regardless of desired hiring location.
For full time hires, the compensation range for this position is between $78,000 and $91,000. Blend benefits and perks are described below.
Final pay offer amounts will vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to function, level, geographic location, job related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base pay will be adjusted for part-time roles to reflect scheduled hours.
