We’re seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Recruiting & HR Specialist to join our People Operations team. In this hybrid role, you’ll lead full-cycle recruiting efforts to help us build high-performing, inclusive teams while also supporting critical HR functions including onboarding, benefits, and ad-hoc people projects.

What You’ll Do:
Recruiting (Primary Responsibility)
- Manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple departments—from job kickoff through offer stage.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop compelling job descriptions.
- Source and attract top talent through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage communications throughout the hiring process.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience at every touchpoint.
People Operations Functions
- Own and improve onboarding processes to ensure a seamless new hire experience.
- Assist with various benefits initiatives and processes which may include but are not limited to reconciling monthly benefits billing and liaise with Finance and benefits providers as needed.
- Maintain accurate records in the HRIS and ATS systems.
- Support ad-hoc HR projects such as policy updates, employee engagement initiatives, compliance tracking, and audit preparation.
- Be a point of contact for employee inquiries related to onboarding, benefits, and HR processes.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3–5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting and/or HR generalist roles.
- Strong understanding of recruiting best practices and HR fundamentals.
- Experience with ATS and HRIS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Hibob, etc.).
- Highly organized and able to manage competing priorities independently.
- Comfortable handling confidential information with discretion.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- A team player with a service-oriented mindset.
To comply with local legislation, as well as to provide greater transparency to candidates, we share base pay ranges on all job postings regardless of desired hiring location.
For full time hires, the base salary range for this position is between $86,000 - $102,000. This role is also bonus eligible. Blend benefits and perks are described below.
Final pay offer amounts will vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to function, level, geographic location, job related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base pay will be adjusted for part-time roles to reflect scheduled hours.
