Graduate Programme

    • Are you torn between the excitement of start-ups and the stability of corporate life?
    • Are you keen to continue learning and developing skills whilst experiencing how to build GenAI enabled businesses?
    • Are you looking for a role that will offer the opportunity to experience first-hand how a tech company is built and taking ownership of work that matters?

If this sounds like you and you are up for the challenge, we would love to hear from you!

We are looking to hire high-energy, entrepreneurial, and value-adding graduate talent to join the Blenheim Chalcot portfolio, a leading global digital venture builder.

ABOUT BC

At Blenheim Chalcot we use our knowledge, expertise and infrastructure to create an innovation ecosystem which enables our people to turn disruptive ideas into innovative businesses. We originate the ideas ourselves, grow them from the ground up and take them through to exit. We build enterprise Software as a Service (SaaS) products, powered by Generative AI and target industries which are exposed to market, regulatory or technology discontinuities. We have built businesses across the following sectors:

  • Financial Services
  • Education
  • Media and Marketing
  • Public Services and Health
  • Sports

Our track record has seen us build over 60 businesses over the last 25+ years, with portfolio revenues of over £500m, £600m of equity raised into the portfolio, more than 3,000 employees and exits in excess of £1bn.

Blenheim Chalcot has three global locations, London, Mumbai and Austin. Portfolio companies are headquartered from Scale Space, London, our 200,000 ft² collaboration space which was built as a joint venture with Imperial College London. Our Mumbai offices provide unparalleled scaling capability and technical expertise, and our U.S. operation in Austin powers the go-to-market activities of the portfolio across North America.

We are excited about the future opportunity that Gen AI technologies present, and believe, given our experience, innovation ecosystem and current market presence, that we are uniquely positioned to take advantage of these opportunities.

IMPACT BEYOND PROFIT

10% of our partnerships and ventures are charities. These include the British Asian Trust, BabyZone and Onside Youth Zones. In the same way that we support our ventures, our Partners provide direct hands-on support to these charities by being active board members and offering expert advice.

THE GRADUATE OPPORTUNITY

We are excited to launch our US Graduate Programme in Austin, Texas! Joining one of our portfolio businesses, Fospha, as a Graduate you will gain hands on experience in a fast-paced and progressive environment, where you will support us in building our next generation of GenAI enabled tech businesses. You will also embark on a unique learning programme, BC Adventurers, designed by our very own learning business, BC RedTeam, helping you develop and grow your entrepreneurial toolkit. This opportunity will kickstart your career working within either the Customer Success team or the Partnerships team in Fospha. You will be at the heart of our expansion into the US utilising the new GenAI products we have been building!

This opportunity will be to specifically join our team at Fospha. Fospha is the marketing measurement platform for eCommerce brands. We have found product/market fit in the last two years and quickly become the market leader for measurement in EMEA. We are the only business of our type to be a certified partner to Meta, TikTok and Snap, and have worked with those customers to drive massive growth and value for both sides over the past 12 months. Now, we are working with those partners to enter the US market at scale.

This is a hugely exciting time to join Fospha. We have an extraordinary opportunity to scale in the North American market, and our early hires will be crucial in delivering success from a strong and proven platform.

For you as a graduate, this opportunity involves:

  • Exposure to the BC portfolio – this role is unlike any other graduate programme. As a Graduate, you will be hired into Fospha, one of Blenheim Chalcot’s Gen AI portfolio businesses, gaining invaluable insights and tangible experience to develop your career within the Martech industry.
  • BC Adventurers – you will be enrolled on an intensive cross-portfolio development programme, designed for those early in their careers or new to the start-up world.  The goal is to prepare you for high performance in a fast-paced and agile environment, whilst giving you a kick-start to your entrepreneurial journey. The programme includes training on Business Storytelling, Financial Fundamentals, and the Fundamentals of Business Building. Plus, a bespoke GenAI upskilling bootcamp, providing you with the toolkit to be even more effective. You will be given an opportunity to apply your learnings through a series of group activities and exercises.
  • Accountability – in large corporates it can be easy for a graduate to be swallowed up and not actually see the impact of the work they are producing or feel like they are accountable for anything tangible. In our environment, it is quite the opposite. Our graduates take ownership of work that matters. In Customer Success you can expect to take on various responsibilities and play a leading role in building and managing key client stakeholder relationships.
  • Centre of Gen AI Innovation – is an enabling institution for Blenheim Chalcot and its portfolio companies. It supports ventures to deliver unique customer value through the application of GenAI and transform the quality and efficiency of their internal operations. As a graduate in the BC portfolio, you will have the opportunity to get involved in the latest cutting-edge technology and help support initiatives to drive the awareness, understanding, and use of GenAI to address business pains and opportunities.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

We are not expecting you to have worked in start-ups before or to have studied a tech related degree. For us, it is about hiring the right person and their potential, not just their experience. As such, we are looking for graduates from any discipline – different areas of expertise are great for new perspectives.

We look for some key fundamentals in people when hiring into the BC portfolio. We look for people who are:

  • Curious – people in our portfolio are inquisitive, they want to understand ‘why’ and consider if there is a better approach, maybe using Gen AI, rather than take on the ‘it’s how we’ve always done it’ perspective. Given our ethos is all about disrupting industries with new methods and products, curiosity is at the heart of what we do.
  • Work Hard, Work Well, Work Together: We take responsibility for making things happen, independently and together; we help colleagues in need and close loops, making sure our work is complete and has lasting impact.
  • Flexible Mindset – working in a growth business environment is ambiguous, diverse and, at times, chaotic by definition. Being adaptable and recognising the importance of flexibility to add value in a constantly evolving company is vital for us.
  • Grow: We are proactive, curious, and unafraid of failure. You do not need to be a ‘techy’ at heart to work in our environment. We are looking for people who are enthusiastic about what digitalisation is doing to industries. A desire for doing new and challenging things makes coming into work a whole lot more fun.
  • Candour with caring: We deliver candid feedback with kindness and receive it with gratitude. Above all, our people show a willingness to work together and get their hands dirty to deliver product success, which means our clients are successful.

If you see yourself in this and would like to work with similarly minded people, we would love to hear from you!

WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:

  • Be part of a global leading digital venture builder with a chance to work with cutting-edge technologies
  • Be exposed to the right mix of challenges and learning and development opportunities through Red Team
  • Opportunities to travel to our HQ in London, White City
  • Competitive salary + OTE
  • 25 days PTO including 11 federal public holidays
  • Your birthday off
  • Health scheme
  • 401k

OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
