Graduate Customer Success - Austin, TX

Austin, United States

Fospha is dedicated to building the world's most powerful measurement solution for online retail. For over a decade, we've helped teams make smarter decisions with full-funnel marketing insights, forecasting, and optimisation. With Fospha, every team moves faster and grows smarter.

Trusted by leading brands across three continents, including  GymsharkHuel and Oh Polly, Fospha manages $4 billion in annual ad spend.

We're scaling fast across London, Mumbai, and Austin – and we're now looking for Talent to join us across our Customer Success Teams.

The Role

You will join one of our Customer Teams, who are at the heart of the business delivering the best possible experience to our customers.

  • You'll join one of our customer specialist teams and work across customer accounts, becoming a trusted expert in the insight, model, and data quality that sit behind them
  • You'll be responsible for the customer outcomes your team owns — driving action on insight, trust in the model, and confidence in data quality — contributing to customer retention alongside the Account Manager
  • You'll build deep expertise in your specialism and use it to solve real customer problems, turning data into clear recommendations, building trust in our methodology, and keeping data accurate and flowing
  • You'll play your part in onboarding new customers, helping build the foundations — integrations, first insights, and early trust in Fospha's model — that get the team to time-to-value targets
  • You'll identify risks early within your area, such as stalled adoption, data issues, and model pushback, and act on them before they threaten the customer relationship
  • You'll be confident and effective in customer-facing moments relevant to your team, building credibility with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • You'll be collaborative, working closely with Account Managers and other specialist teams, feeding customer insight back to Product, and keeping everyone aligned with regular progress updates

In addition to your core responsibilities, we expect you to be excited by the opportunity Gen AI brings and find new ways of working utilising our Gen AI hub to increase our efficiency

The Centre of Excellence

The Centre of Excellence is Fospha's early-careers programme that develops ambitious, high-performing talent through focused training, hands-on experience and cross-functional exposure. Starting in Customer Teams, you'll gain foundational experience while being prepared for future opportunities across the organisation. The programme operates on the following principles:

  • Individual Responsibility from the Get-go: You will quickly be responsible for the success of your work, able to make an individual impact early in your career
  • Work alongside SLT at Leading Businesses: You will be engaging with Senior Leadership and C-Level executives at the leading retail brands, getting exposure to how the top companies operate
  • Become a Customer Facing Expert: You will be working directly with customers, often meeting them in person and developing your ability to create strong interpersonal relationships
  • Cross-Functional Exposure: we offer unique opportunities to learn from and collaborate with every department in the business — many daily
  • Comprehensive Training: In addition to the extensive on-the-job learning opportunities, you'll receive a broad and blended in-person training curriculum covering essential topics such as Business Storytelling, Account Management, Market Research & Product and Financial Management
  • Real Mentorship: Regular one-to-ones, feedback, and career conversations with people invested in your progression, not just your output
  • Career Development: High performers have clear opportunities to quickly advance their careers at Fospha — whether progressing within Customer Teams toward strategic and/or management roles or moving into other departments that align with their skills and interests
  • Modern Tools: Hands-on exposure to Gen AI tooling through our Gen AI hub, so you're building modern, AI-fluent ways of working rather than legacy processes

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

We are not expecting you to have worked in start-ups before or to have studied a tech related degree. For us, it is about hiring the right person and their potential, not just their experience. As such, we are looking for graduates from any discipline – different areas of expertise are great for new perspectives.

We look for some key fundamentals in people when hiring into the BC portfolio. We look for people who are:

  • Curious – people in our portfolio are inquisitive, they want to understand ‘why’ and consider if there is a better approach, maybe using Gen AI, rather than take on the ‘it’s how we’ve always done it’ perspective. Given our ethos is all about disrupting industries with new methods and products, curiosity is at the heart of what we do.
  • Work Hard, Work Well, Work Together: We take responsibility for making things happen, independently and together; we help colleagues in need and close loops, making sure our work is complete and has lasting impact.
  • Flexible Mindset – working in a growth business environment is ambiguous, diverse and, at times, chaotic by definition. Being adaptable and recognising the importance of flexibility to add value in a constantly evolving company is vital for us.
  • Grow: We are proactive, curious, and unafraid of failure. You do not need to be a ‘techy’ at heart to work in our environment. We are looking for people who are enthusiastic about what digitalisation is doing to industries. A desire for doing new and challenging things makes coming into work a whole lot more fun.
  • Candour with caring: We deliver candid feedback with kindness and receive it with gratitude. Above all, our people show a willingness to work together and get their hands dirty to deliver product success, which means our clients are successful.

If you see yourself in this and would like to work with similarly minded people, we would love to hear from you!

WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:

  • Be part of a global leading digital venture builder with a chance to work with cutting-edge technologies
  • Be exposed to the right mix of challenges and learning and development opportunities through Red Team
  • Competitive salary + OTE
  • 25 days PTO including 11 federal public holidays
  • Your birthday off
  • Health scheme
  • 401k

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 07/31/2029

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
