Outbound Marketing Associate

The role

The Outbound Marketing Associate is a vital role within the Blenheim Chalcot portfolio and Fospha. You will gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and progressive environment, where you will support us in building our next generation of GenAI enabled tech businesses.

Key Responsibilities and duties

Research Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs)

  • Analyze customer demographics, behavior, and pain points using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Analytics, and HubSpot.
  • Align ICPs with business strategies through collaboration with sales and marketing teams.

LinkedIn Outreach

  • Use tools to segment audiences and craft personalized outreach campaigns.
  • Employ tools to automate and scale connection requests.
  • A/B test message templates to optimize engagement strategies based on data-driven insights.

Lead Generation

  • Combine LinkedIn, email platforms like Apollo, and tools to generate high-quality leads.
  • Track and nurture leads using CRM platforms like HubSpot and PlanHat.

Outbound Customer Acquisition

  • Implement outbound strategies on LinkedIn, email, and niche platforms like Reddit or Slack to identify and engage potential customers.
  • Use tailored messaging and follow-up techniques to build meaningful connections.
  • Monitor emerging platforms like X (formerly Twitter) to uncover new opportunities.

Outbound Co-Marketing Opportunities

  • Identify journalists, agencies, and influencers for outbound co-marketing opportunities.
  • Use analytics tools like Google Analytics to monitor engagement and optimize strategies.

 Data Management

  • Maintain accurate records in CRM platforms like HubSpot and ensure data integrity.
  • Use Google Sheets or Airtable for organizing outreach data when CRM integration is unavailable.
  • Conduct regular audits to identify trends and optimize strategies.

Performance Analysis

  • Track performance metrics using LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Analytics.
  • Generate reports for actionable insights.
  • Continuously refine outreach strategies through A/B testing.

About you

The ideal candidate will have a track-record in delivering results in a fast-moving business and hence be comfortable with change and uncertainty. Excellent stakeholder management experience is essential to being successful in this role.

Qualifications, technical and or professional experience required to be successful in the role

Requirements

  • Proven experience in LinkedIn outreach, lead generation, or similar roles.
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn’s platform and features.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools.
  • Excellent communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B SaaS marketing or eCommerce.
  • Familiarity with content creation and digital marketing strategies.
  • Knowledge of the US market is a plus.
