The Team
The Business Operations team sits at the heart of Liberis’ commercial engine. The team works cross-functionally with our Merchant Sales & Operations, Product and Commercial teams to ensure the business scales efficiently, reliably and with operational excellence. By championing effective processes, tooling and governance, the team removes friction and improves decision making to unlock commercial value across the organisation.

- Communication & Collaboration: Build strong, structured relationships with stakeholders across the business to deliver sustainable change. Act as a trusted advisor to operational teams, influencing decisions through clear communication, insight and pragmatic recommendations.
- Performance Analysis: Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights and compelling narratives that support decision-making for operational and leadership teams.
What we think you’ll need
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a high-growth startup, management consulting, or a similarly fast-paced environment, with a track record of delivering value-driven projects.
- Data-Driven Problem-Solving: Comfortable analysing data to identify trends and diagnose issues, designing and implementing practical solutions.
- Excellent Communication & Relationship Management: Strong communication & collaboration skills, able to build productive relationships with internal stakeholders of varying levels of seniority.
- Project Management: Experience managing and implementing projects to enhance commercial outcomes, increase efficiency, and improve quality.
- Tech-Savvy & Detail-Oriented: Comfortable working with a variety of systems and tools, with a strong eye for detail. SQL and/or Looker skills desirable.
- Organisation & Adaptability: Able to effectively manage multiple priorities in a scaling environment.
