In addition, this role would help build business cases for new programs or business models, using tools like the Opportunity Matrix and Learning Solutions Assessment, and developing ROI narratives that support partner decision-making. The role ensures our insights aren’t just informative—but clearly tied to impact.

The role ensures our insights are not only strategic and credible, but also actionable and directly tied to the success of our current partners, with an emphasis on partner retention, expansion, and outcomes. The role will also support Boundless Learning’s efforts to unify messaging across our Learner Lifecycle Services, Learning Design Solutions, technology platforms (LXS), academic delivery (Short Courses and Academy), and the Strategy & Advisory suite. It will play a critical role in helping internal teams and external partners make data-informed decisions that drive growth, adoption, and long-term value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Insights Integration
Leverage outputs from Strategy & Advisory engagements (e.g., Learning Solutions Assessments, Opportunity Matrix) to surface trends, benchmarks, and post-engagement ROI insights.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
Serve as a central point of collaboration across Research & Insights, Planning & Forecasting, Sales, Partnerships, and Product—ensuring consistency and clarity in value messaging.
  • Tool & Asset Development
Contribute to the design of scalable value-enablement tools (e.g., ROI calculators, forecasting templates, partner reporting dashboards) for use across Boundless Learning’s solution set.
  • Strategic Influence
Provide input into product roadmap, pricing, and go-to-market strategy by bringing a ROI lens to conversations around performance and value delivery.

  • Research & Insights: Partner with analysts and strategists to generate, interpret, and communicate advisory outputs.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 5–10 years in strategic analysis, consulting, or ROI/value-focused roles (e.g., SaaS value engineering, educational product strategy, business intelligence)
  • Strong analytical acumen, with fluency in ROI modeling and business impact forecasting
  • Skilled at synthesizing complex data into actionable narratives
  • Experience working cross-functionally, ideally in a matrixed or client-facing environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfort presenting insights to executive audiences
  • Familiarity with education, workforce development, or edtech industries is strongly preferred
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and at least one analytics or BI tool (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
