Job Summary: 

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Senior Product Solutions Strategist to join our Product team to lead the design and implementation of product solutions for Higher Education, Corporate and Association clients and partners. This role blends deep expertise in solution design with strong client engagement skills, focusing on aligning product capabilities with customer needs to deliver tailored, high-impact outcomes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing and managing product solutions that meet our clients’ needs, working in close collaboration with the Sales team.  

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Understand Customer Needs: Conduct discovery sessions with clients to gather and analyze their requirements, ensuring a deep understanding of their business challenges and objectives. Translate client requirements into technical requirements and product solutions. Document needs, decisions and solution blueprints and scope. 
  • Design and Implement Product Solutions: Develop and implement product solutions for successful adoption and deployment of our products including business system integration. Articulate the value of product solutions to the client, providing product / solution demos as required
  • Sales Collaboration: Work closely with sales teams to craft tailored product solutions, conduct product demonstrations, and provide support during the pre-sales process. Contribute to the development of product proposals tailored to client needs.  
  • Product Support: Support during and after the implementation phase to ensure smooth operation and adoption of solutions. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and recommendations, and product solutions that enhance educational outcomes and operational efficiency.
  • Implementation: Collaborate with Service Delivery Manager to prepare for handover of solutions for build and implementation with the client post contract close. Ensure KPIs and success metrics are defined with the client to ensure solution impact can be measured.
  • Product Solution Development. Articulate the solution requirements to internal product owners, confirming scope to inform solution proposals, pricing and solution build.
  • Stay Updated with Industry Trends: Keep abreast of the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain innovative and effective.
  • Boundless Learning Products: Maintain sound knowledge of all BL products and knowledge of the product roadmaps. Share client / market feedback and requirements / trends to Product Owners to inform product enhancements.
  • Legal & Finance Provides relevant solution inputs to finance and legal teams for commercial modelling and contract development.  

Qualifications & Skills: 

  • Bachelor's degree in business, product management or related field.
  • Proven experience in Product Solutioning, Product Management, Product Implementation Manager, or similar role.
  • Excellent product management skills with a track record of successful project delivery.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to explain complex solutions and technical concepts to educators and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Strong commercial acumen.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies. 

Preferred Skills: 

  • Experience with sales methodology and pre-sales Product support.
  • Experience in the EdTech space
  • Certifications in product management or other relevant fields.
  • Familiarity with security, compliance, and governance specific to academic data and standards (e.g., FERPA).  

Working Conditions 

  • Based in North America, preference will be given to candidates local to the Orlando, FL office
  • Travel (including international) may be required for client visits and / or to attend education technology conferences. 
  • This role engages with teams and clients globally and will require working outside of core working hours.
