
Sales Engineer
The profile is going to be the specialist in the Blip product, acting as a technical and user experience consultant.
Their main activities include: presentations and hands-on demonstrations of the Blip platform, leading meetings where requirements are gathered (discovery and workshops), analyzing the feasibility of implementations, and designing solution proposals to achieve the client’s objectives.
You will work on finding a balance between the ideal user journey and the most efficient and feasible journey that can be built with Blip’s products.
You will also interact with both the technical teams of our clients and Blip’s product development and implementation teams. For this reason, we expect you to understand the importance of teamwork and to be willing to share knowledge, learn, and grow continuously.
Responsibilities and Duties
● Act as a technical consultant and specialist in the Blip platform.
● Lead meetings and discussions on client needs to propose efficient solutions.
● Create projects from the initial concept to demonstration.
● Guide clients toward the most optimized implementations, considering the technical details of the platform and Blip’s products.
● Collaborate with Sales and CS teams to unlock and develop new opportunities, thoroughly understanding business goals and industry trends.
● Assist internal teams and clients in solution design to ensure the best use of the platform, following processes and best practices.
● Generate functional diagrams of technical requirements.
● Create macroflows that describe the end user journey.
● Define use cases focused on solving user problems.
● Evaluate the feasibility of conversational solutions.
Requirements and Qualifications
● Basic knowledge of programming languages: JavaScript, C#, .NET Core, etc.
● Ability to communicate with both technical and business audiences.
● Experience in demonstrations and knowledge of technological trends in the industry.
● Proficiency and experience in building REST APIs.
● Experience in customer service.
● Clear and effective cross-team communication.
● Familiarity with agile methodologies.
● Autonomy and self-management.
● Holistic and analytical perspective at the intersection of user, business, and technology.
● Appreciation for collaborative work and ability to adapt to feedback.
● Experience in metrics-driven environments and data-based decision-making.
● Proficiency in English.
It will be a plus if you have:
● Experience in Product Design, Service Design, or UX Design focused on digital products.
● Experience in systems architecture.
● Commercial experience.
● A portfolio of completed projects.

● Artificial Intelligence: Ability to present AI concepts applicable to clients and use these features in demonstration conversational flows.
