Conversational Designer IA

At Blip, we are looking for a Conversational AI Designer who combines creativity, strategic thinking, and deep technical knowledge of LLMs to build next-generation AI experiences. You won’t just design flows; you will shape how AI interacts, thinks, and solves problems, ensuring every interaction is intelligent, safe, and aligned with business objectives.

This role involves close collaboration with UX, Developers, Product Managers, and data scientists to define, prompt, and optimize AI-driven agents that deliver human-like value at scale.

Main Responsibilities:

• AI Product Architecture: Define and structure AI-driven products using human-centered methodologies, moving beyond rigid trees to intent-based and generative systems.
• Prompt Engineering & Persona Design: Craft and refine system prompts, defining the AI’s personality, tone, and guardrails to ensure consistent and safe brand representation.
• Strategic AI Vision: Propose and justify design decisions based on LLM performance, data insights, and business ROI, identifying where generative AI adds real value vs. traditional logic.
• Agile AI Development: Collaborate with technical teams to define MVPs, manage context windows, and prioritize features based on model capabilities and limitations.
• Data-Driven Optimization: Drive continuous improvement through the analysis of conversation logs, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) accuracy, and AI performance metrics.
• Cross-functional Leadership: Bridge the gap between complex AI technicalities and user needs, ensuring seamless integration of AI features into the user journey.

Requirements

• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computational Linguistics, Cognitive Science, Design, or related fields.
• Expertise: Proven experience in Conversational AI (LLMs, NLP, NLU), specifically building autonomous agents or advanced chatbots.
• AI Tooling: Strong understanding of how LLMs work (tokens, temperature, RAG) and experience with AI orchestration platforms.
• Design Skills: Proficiency in Figma for prototyping and flow mapping, with an ability to document non-linear AI behaviors. (Plus)
• Languages: Advanced English proficiency (crucial for high-quality prompt engineering).
• Methodology: Mastery of Agile/Scrum, "test-and-learn" mindset typical of AI development and Design Thinking
• Soft Skills: High level of empathy to predict user friction and critical thinking to mitigate AI hallucinations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Prompt Engineering frameworks and fine-tuning workflows.
• Knowledge of Python or basic technical understanding of API integrations.
• Previous experience in high-growth SaaS or AI-native startups.
