Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist, who will develop and execute localized marketing strategies to drive growth in Nigeria. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze market trends, and leverage multiple marketing channels to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Develop and execute localized marketing, and CRM campaigns tailored to the Nigerian market.
• Work closely with the global marketing team to ensure alignment with overall brand messaging.
• Drive user acquisition through digital campaigns, social media, and partnerships.
• Manage content marketing efforts, including blog posts, newsletters, and community engagement.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize strategies for better ROI.
• Identify and engage with key influencers, crypto communities, and strategic partners to boost brand presence.
• Organize and execute events, webinars, and promotional campaigns.
• Work with operations and compliance Lead to ensure all marketing materials comply with Nigerian regulatory requirements.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, strategic communications, public relations, or brand management, preferably within the crypto, technology, or financial sectors.
• Proven expertise in performance marketing, including campaign management and optimization across SEM, paid social, and display advertising (agency or client-side).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives.
• Experience working with both traditional and digital media, including social platforms.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
