As we continue to grow, we're scaling our consumer marketing engine to bring our products to millions of users worldwide. We’re looking for a Sr. Growth Marketing Manager to lead and execute strategies that drive acquisition, engagement, and retention across our consumer product suite.
This is a high-impact, cross-functional role reporting to the VP of Marketing & Communications. You'll work closely with product, engineering, and consumer teams to bring scalable, data-driven growth campaigns to life. What You’ll Be Doing (Responsibilities):
Consumer Growth & Campaign Execution
- Lead growth marketing for Blockstream’s consumer-facing products (wallets, hardware, apps), owning user acquisition from paid, organic, and lifecycle channels.
- Plan, launch, and optimize full-funnel campaigns across key platforms (Google, YouTube, Twitter/X, Reddit, TikTok, etc.).
- Design and execute A/B tests for landing pages, app store listings, email onboarding flows, and in-product messaging to improve conversion and retention.
- Work with consumer and product teams to refine activation flows, onboarding, and key user journeys.
Performance Marketing & Experimentation
- Own KPIs such as CAC, activation rate, retention, ROAS, and LTV across consumer funnels.
- Manage ad spend and ROI with rigor, continuously testing new channels, creatives, and audience segments.
- Leverage analytics tools to extract insights and drive iteration.
User Insights & Market Intelligence
- Conduct audience research, segmentation, and competitive analysis to uncover growth opportunities and sharpen targeting.
- Translate insights into actionable growth hypotheses and go-to-market strategies for new feature launches.
- Act as a key voice in shaping product-market fit from a consumer lens.
What We Look For In You (Required Qualifications):
- 5+ years in growth marketing, performance marketing, or user acquisition for consumer-facing products, ideally in fintech, crypto, or mobile apps.
- Proven track record scaling B2C funnels through paid media, organic, and lifecycle marketing.
- Strong grasp of funnel metrics, analytics platforms, and growth experimentation frameworks.
- Experience working closely with product and engineering teams on growth loops and onboarding optimization.
- Ability to prioritize ruthlessly, move fast, and ship high-quality campaigns with minimal oversight.
- Leverage AI agents to conduct fast data analysis, and automations across workflows
- Solid understanding of Bitcoin, fintech, or developer tools or a strong willingness to learn quickly.
Nice To Haves (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience marketing Bitcoin or crypto-native products.
- Familiarity with wallets, APIs, or digital asset custody platforms.
- Exposure to privacy-forward, Bitcoin-centric audiences.
Pay Transparency Notice: Depending on your work location, the target annual salary for this position can range as detailed below. Full time offers from Blockstream also include benefits (including medical, dental, vision and 401(k) and stock options.
Pay Range: $105,000 - $175,000
