The Role
As a Solution Consultant, you will serve as a key technical advisor within the sales process, supporting Account Executives (AEs) and Account Managers (AMs). You’ll lead compelling product demonstrations, answer advanced product and integration questions, and contribute to Bloomerang’s strategic sales motions.
You will collaborate closely with Sales Leadership, Product, and Marketing to ensure consistency in technical messaging and solution delivery. You’ll also contribute to continuous improvement efforts, such as refining demo flows and developing internal resources that enable the sales team to self-serve more effectively.
This is a high-impact, cross-functional role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can balance individual deal support with strategic initiatives.
What You Will Do
Sales Process Support
- Lead or co-lead demos for qualified opportunities requiring advanced product knowledge or expertise
- Support strategic sales motions by working closely with AEs on complex or high-value deals
- Assist AMs with expansions where Bloomerang's capabilities need to be repositioned or deepened
- Triage requests to ensure SCs are focused on high-impact, qualified sales opportunities
Demo Strategy & Product Expertise
- Deliver consistent, value-driven demos that follow Bloomerang’s standardized flows and frameworks
- Stay current on product updates, competitive differentiators, and nonprofit industry trends
- Contribute to the development and continuous refinement of demo scripts, recording libraries, and objection-handling documents
Internal Collaboration & Enablement

- Partner with Product Marketing and Enablement to improve internal product training and demo effectiveness
- Provide real-time feedback to Sales, Enablement, and Product on product gaps or misalignment in sales conversations
- Participate in training efforts for new AEs/AMs to ensure consistency in how Bloomerang is positioned
What You Need to Succeed
- 2–4 years of experience in a Solutions Consultant, Sales Engineer, or Customer Success Role
- Excellent communication and demo facilitation skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience in nonprofit technology, especially CRM or donor management software
- Familiarity with APIs, data migrations, or third-party integrations
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams
- Ability to manage competing priorities and navigate high-urgency sales scenarios with professionalism
- Ability to actively explore, learn, and responsibly integrate AI tools into daily tasks to drive efficiency and support Bloomerang's mission.

Compensation
As this is an incentive compensation role, there is a base salary with annual on target earnings of $90,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on your skills, experience, qualifications, and location, as well as applicable employment laws.
Location
This is a permanent, full-time, fully remote position. Employees living in Indianapolis, IN are welcome to work from our company headquarters. We do not offer Visa sponsorship or relocation assistance at this time.
