We know our people are the key to our success, and we're proud to be home to some of the most innovative and skilled individuals in the workforce today. Come feel invigorated and unstoppable with us!
The Role
We’re looking for a Sr. Product Marketing Manager to help evolve Product Marketing into a more scalable, insight-driven, and operationally strong function. This role is equal parts strategic and operational. You will help shape how Product Marketing leverages AI, automation, and repeatable workflows to move faster and operate more effectively, while also leading and supporting key GTM, messaging, and enablement initiatives across Bloomerang’s product portfolio.
This is not a traditional PMM role focused only on launches and messaging. We are looking for a builder and operator — someone who can improve how PMM works, while also contributing directly to how Bloomerang goes to market. You don’t need to be an engineer, but you should be comfortable learning new tools and applying them in practical ways to improve team efficiency and impact. You will report to the Director of Product Marketing and partner closely with Product, Sales, Demand Gen, Enablement, RevOps, and Market Insights.
What You Will Do
Automation & PMM Operations
- Design and implement practical AI and automation workflows that support core Product Marketing activities (e.g., persona research, messaging development, insight synthesis)
- Use tools such as ChatGPT, Notion AI, Gong, Asana automation, or similar platforms to improve team efficiency and consistency
- Create and maintain repeatable processes for message testing, insight capture, and content development
- Help connect workflows across tools (e.g., Salesforce, Gong, Notion) using existing integrations or automation tools
- Partner with RevOps, ProductOps, and GTM teams to improve how insights and messaging flow across the organization
- Support adoption of these tools and workflows through documentation, training, and enablement
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve the speed, clarity, and scalability of PMM work
Messaging & Segment Strategy
- Own and evolve persona-based and segment-specific messaging tied to pains, ROI drivers, and objections
- Translate customer, market, and competitive insights into clear value propositions and narratives
- Partner with Market Insights on win/loss trends, VOC analysis, and competitive positioning
- Ensure messaging consistency across campaigns, enablement, and customer-facing assets
Go-to-Market Strategy & Readiness
- Lead and support GTM strategy and execution for key product initiatives or segments, ensuring alignment across Product, Sales, and Demand Gen
- Drive cross-functional GTM readiness across Product, Brand, Demand Gen, Enablement, and Customer Marketing
- Partner with Sales Enablement to deliver training and ensure successful internal rollout
- Provide Product with value proposition guidance and narrative framing for releases and feature communication
- Facilitate post-launch GTM audits and identify opportunities to improve adoption, messaging, and performance
Sales, Partner & Customer Enablement
- Own creation of persona-based talk tracks, discovery questions, objection-handling guides, and competitive positioning
- Partner with Enablement and Customer teams to drive adoption, certification, and reinforcement
- Ensure Sales and GTM teams are equipped to effectively communicate value to target segments
Insights, Testing & Revenue Impact
- Use data from Salesforce, Gong, Crayon, Wynter and additional tools to analyze performance and refine messaging and GTM strategies
- Establish feedback loops between Sales, Demand Gen, and Product Marketing
- Contribute to and influence reporting on pipeline impact, win rates, and adoption metrics
- Translate insights into actionable recommendations that improve GTM outcomes
- Use AI and automation tools to accelerate insight generation and testing cycles
Strategic Planning
- Contribute to segment and product marketing strategy, identifying growth opportunities and prioritizing initiatives based on market, customer, and performance insights
- Help shape GTM direction and planning for key segments, ensuring alignment to revenue goals
- Support the development of repeatable frameworks and playbooks that scale PMM impact over time
What You Need to Succeed
- 7+ years in Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, Growth, or a related SaaS role
- Proven experience owning messaging, enablement, or GTM initiatives with measurable impact
- Experience using AI tools or automation to improve marketing workflows or team efficiency
- Comfort working with tools like ChatGPT, Notion AI, Gong, or similar platforms in a practical, applied way
- Familiarity with integrations or automation tools (e.g., Zapier, native integrations) is a plus — you don’t need to be an engineer, but should be comfortable learning new systems
- Strong strategic thinking paired with a builder mindset — you look for ways to improve how work gets done, not just what gets done
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across Product, Sales, and Marketing
- Analytical mindset with comfort working in data and insight-driven environments
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders
Nice to Haves But Not Required
- Experience applying AI or automation to scale team workflows
- Experience in nonprofit tech or B2B SaaS with multi-stakeholder buying committees
- Familiarity with tools like Crayon, Highspot, Pendo, or similar platforms
- Experience supporting PLG, lifecycle, or adoption-focused initiatives
