We're also in the business of creating thriving employees. Join a mission-driven culture built on our core values of Simplify, Care and Act. We know our people are the key to our success, and we're proud to be home to some of the most innovative and skilled individuals in the workforce today. Come feel invigorated and unstoppable with us!

The Role

You are a high-energy, data-driven, and strategic Inbound Business Development Manager to lead our front-line Inbound Business Development team. You will own the lead-to-opportunity conversion funnel, optimizing for speed-to-lead, qualification accuracy, and exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced SaaS environment. You will treat inbound like a production floor by inspecting metrics daily, solving process friction immediately, and driving urgency at every stage of the funnel. You are a hands-on leader who coaches live, enforces process discipline, and proactively identifies conversion gaps before they impact the number. You don’t manage from the sidelines. You own the output and accountability that comes with it.

What You Will Do

  • Lead a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs). Conduct daily/weekly coaching sessions, including call monitoring and live shadowing to improve qualification rigor, objection handling and improves connect-to-meeting ratios.
  • Own daily inspection of the end-to-end inbound funnel and conversion performance across all lead sources (chat, demo requests, webinars, and digital campaigns). Ensure high-volume inbound leads are rapidly qualified, scheduled, and advanced through the funnel in alignment with SLAs and qualification standards. Proactively identify conversion gaps, capacity risks, and quality trends, and deploy corrective actions to maintain velocity, show rates, and SAL approval consistency.
  • You are the operational authority within Salesforce, Qualified and Outreach, ensuring routing accuracy, workflow adherence, and data integrity across the inbound motion. Provide structured oversight and process discipline to prevent leakage, enforce qualification and routing standards, and maintain pristine CRM hygiene that supports forecasting accuracy and downstream pipeline conversion.
  • Own weekly forecast of inbound meeting production and show rate. Identify gaps early and implement adjustments to protect meetings set and accepted monthly targets.
  • Performance Metrics (KPIs): Drive team results against key metrics: Speed-to-lead, Conversion Rate (MQL/SQL), Number of Appointments Scheduled, and Qualified Pipeline Generated.
  • Collaborate with RevOps and Marketing to refine lead scoring and routing logic, using Marketo Insights to provide data-backed feedback on lead quality.
  • You bring insights and solutions to leadership, not just status updates. You own the "How" of hitting the number.
  • Maintain a tight feedback loop with AE leadership to ensure handoff friction is zero and qualification remains elite.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Proven experience managing high-volume inbound teams in a fast-paced SaaS or high-tech environment.
  • You are a problem-solver who enjoys navigating complex CRM environments and creating order out of high-volume data.
  • Expert-level command of Salesforce, Outreach, Chilipiper and Marketo. You know how the tools should talk to each other to drive efficiency. Ability to actively explore, learn, and responsibly integrate AI tools into daily tasks to drive efficiency and support Bloomerang's mission.
  • You thrive in a production-driven environment where the pace is relentless and the expectations are elite.
  • You think in ratios and conversion rates. You can hear a "gap" in a call or see a "dip" in a report and know exactly which lever to pull.

If you believe you belong to any of the categories of protected veterans listed below, please indicate by making the appropriate selection. As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
