Senior Workplace Experience Specialist, IN

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Senior Workplace Experience Specialist to support our teams in India. This role leads the Bangalore office operations and employee experience for India-based employees, while also supporting workplace needs for UAE and Deel (Employer of Record) employees.
At the P3 level, you will work independently across workplace initiatives and partner closely with People, IT, Finance, Legal, vendors, and senior stakeholders to ensure the office runs efficiently and reflects Bloomreach’s culture and values.
Key Responsibilities
In-Person Collaboration
- Manage the Bangalore office, including researching new office options and owning office moves.
- Partner with leaders to plan collaboration days, team sessions, and offsites.
- Drive office attendance, engagement, and connection.
- Ensure workspaces and meeting rooms support hybrid and in-person work.
- Gather feedback and improve the in-office experience.
Office Operations & Employee Support
- Act as the main workplace point of contact for India, while supporting UAE and Deel employees as part of the broader regional remit.
- Own day-to-day Bangalore office operations and manage vendors, supplies, equipment, and workplace services.
- Own budget, forecasting, and budget adherence for India, UAE, and Deel.
- Ensure health, safety, and workplace standards are met.
- Oversee onboarding, offboarding, WFH equipment, asset tracking, courier coordination, and India laptop logistics in partnership with global teams.
- Support merchandise distribution.
- Improve workplace programs, employee support processes, and automation.
Employee Engagement & Regional Collaboration
- Plan and execute office events, volunteering initiatives, and seasonal activities for India, while supporting UAE and Deel events where needed.
- Support executive visits and departmental offsites.
- Manage event logistics and budgets.
- Partner with the global Workplace Experience team on regional and global projects.
- Contribute to workplace data collection, operational planning, and office strategy projects.
Required Experience & Skills
- 3+ years of experience in office or workplace management.
- Experience owning an office and managing operations independently.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Experience running employee engagement events and office programs.
- Experience managing vendors, budgets, and workplace operations in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience coordinating onboarding/offboarding, WFH equipment, and workplace-related employee support.
- Experience with coworking, lease, license, or office renewal processes.
- Experience with automation or AI tools (e.g., Zapier, workflow automation platforms, AI assistants) is a plus.
- Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with asset management and workplace tools.
- Proficient in Slack, Google Workspace, Zoom, and related tools.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal).
- Based in or near Bangalore and able to work on-site 3-5 days per week when needed.
