Bloomreach is a leading provider of digital experience platforms, empowering businesses to deliver personalized and seamless customer journeys. Our Engagement platform enables marketers to create, manage, and optimize campaigns across multiple channels using data-driven insights and AI-powered tools.

We are seeking a technically proficient Product Manager to own and evolve our Scenarios journey orchestration feature. You’ll drive real-time, API-triggered campaign use cases by building scalable, event-driven workflows, enabling brands to automate responsive, high-performing customer journeys.

Your starting salary will be 4000 € per month, and you’ll also receive stock options and other benefits. Whether you’re working from one of our Central Europe offices or from home on a full-time basis, you will play an integral role in delivering reliable and high-throughput products.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Execution

  • Define and evolve the product vision for orchestrating journeys and real-time triggered campaign capabilities.
  • Conduct market analyses to identify high-impact features, use cases, and competitive differentiation grounded in measurable outcomes
  • Align stakeholders (engineering, design, GTM, partners) around strategic objectives and delivery timelines.

Technical Product Ownership

  • Translate complex, real-world marketing workflows into abstracted, reusable platform components (e.g., API triggers, decision nodes, data filters)
  • Define API contracts, payload schema requirements, and data validation logic
  • Partner with engineering to ensure performance and scalability of high-throughput event-based triggers
  • Collaborate with technical teams to make informed trade-offs between functional needs (e.g., trigger frequency, payload size) and non-functional requirements (e.g., latency, throughput, reliability, cost)

Cross Team Collaboration

  • Partner with engineering, design, and product marketing teams to ship high-quality, customer-centric features.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create an intuitive interface that simplifies the creation of multi-step, multi-channel campaigns
  • Enable go-to-market teams by articulating product value propositions and supporting launch strategies.
  • 5+ years in product management, preferably with a focus on marketing automation, customer journey orchestration, or related event driven platforms
  • Strong understanding of APIs, JSON, real time event processing, data schemas, and scalable system design 
  • Familiarity with marketing technologies, data segmentation, and personalization techniques
  • Strategic mindset with ability to balance technical depth and business outcomes
  • Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to enhance product functionality.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Proven track record of working cross-functionally in a collaborative environment to deliver high-quality products.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in marketing technology or customer experience platforms.

Compensation:

  • Restricted Stock Units or Stock Options are granted depending on a team member’s role, seniority, and location.*
