ABOUT THE FLOCK
In this role you will work directly with our Qualified Treatment Centers, Contract Manufacturing Organizations, Distribution partners, logistics providers and bluebird bio cross functional teams. If you enjoy working independently and in a collaborative team environment, following processes and providing white glove services then this role is for you. We are a driven and enthusiastic group who believe in supporting each other to allow individual growth and development. Our #1 goal is to deliver our Gene Therapies so join us in making a difference in the life of our patients.
HOW YOU’LL FLY
You'll help to bring more patients their bluebird days by:
- Communicating with Qualified Treatment Centers, getting to know the care team and anticipating their needs.
- Providing white gloves services, being resourceful and ingenuous in finding solutions.
- Following procedures and resources to select modes of transport and to solve logistical issues
- Following processes and assisting in process improvements
- Supporting and contributing to operating meetings
- Updating all milestones reached in different excel trackers and raising any concerns and/or risks associated with an order
- Keeping resources up to date to reducing lead-time for scheduling, delivery of Apheresis to CMO and Drug Product to Qualified Treatment Centers.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
You’re the bird we’re looking for if you have:
- Bachelor's degree or the combination of education and business experience required, with a minimum of 5 years in healthcare, biotechnology, or pharmaceutical supply chain.
- Strong working experience in SharePoint, Quality Management Systems, Word and Excel with the ability to learn new systems as required.
- Prior experience in GxP regulations and quality systems.
- Ability to effectively manage requests in a fast-paced environment with aggressive timelines.
- Excellent attention to detail, project, and time management skills.
