Summary Overview:
CGS’s Integrations Functional Consultants are responsible for leading and supporting client-facing integration initiatives as part of BlueCherry implementations. This role works closely with client’s business and technical stakeholders to design, configure, validate, and deploy integrations between BlueCherry and third-party platforms across eCommerce, wholesale, marketplaces, and custom systems.
The consultant serves as the functional subject-matter expert for BlueCherry integrations, translating business requirements into integration designs, validating data flows, supporting testing and go-live activities, and ensuring successful adoption of connected systems.

Primary Responsibilities:


Client Engagement & Solution Design
• Partner with clients to understand business processes, integration goals, and data requirements across eCommerce, wholesale, retail, and marketplace channels.
• Lead functional discovery sessions focused on integration scope, workflows, and exception handling.
• Translate business requirements into functional integration specifications and implementation approach.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients on best practices for omni-channel and marketplace integrations.


Integration Implementation & Delivery
• Configure and support implementations of the following BlueCherry integration modules:
o BlueCherry Shopify B2B, B2C, and POS Connectors
o BlueCherry NuOrder Connector
o BlueCherry Amazon FBA and FBM Connectors
o BlueCherry ChannelAdvisor Connector
o BlueCherry JOOR Connector
o BlueCherry API for custom integrations
• Collaborate with technical teams to align functional requirements with technical integration design.
• Support data mapping, field-level validation, and end-to-end data flow testing.
• Lead and support integration testing cycles, including unit testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing.


Project Execution & Collaboration
• Work closely with Project Managers to manage scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies related to integrations.
• Coordinate with internal product, development, and support teams to resolve integration issues and escalations.
• Document integration designs, configuration decisions, and client-specific processes.
• Support cutover planning and go-live activities related to integrations.


Training & Post-Go-Live Support
• Deliver client training on integration workflows, monitoring, and exception handling.
• Support hypercare and post-go-live stabilization activities.
• Provide knowledge transfer and documentation to clients and internal support teams.

Experience & Qualifications
• 3–7+ years of experience in a functional consulting, implementation, or integration-focused role
• Experience implementing ERP, PLM, WMS, OMS, or related enterprise systems
• Hands-on experience with eCommerce, wholesale, POS, or marketplace integrations (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, NuOrder, ChannelAdvisor, JOOR or similar platforms)
• Experience working with APIs, data mapping, and integration testing concepts (functional perspective)
• Prior experience in fashion, apparel, footwear, or consumer goods industries strongly preferred
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
