Contracts and Executive Administrator

This is a key administrative position within our BlueCherry (Fashion Tech) business, working closely with the President, Sales, Finance, and Legal teams.
About the Role
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and maintain contracts to ensure compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of contracts, amendments, and stakeholder correspondence, and monitor renewals and high-level invoice reconciliation to ensure adherence to contract terms.
- Create and maintain projects in the ERP system.
- Monitor compliance with contract terms, identifying and addressing discrepancies or issues as needed.
- Serve as the point of contact for contract-related inquiries, facilitating communication between internal departments and external partners.
- Identify potential contract risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Prepare reports on contract performance, renewals, and compliance for management review.
- Work closely with operations, finance, and procurement teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Provide administrative support to the Divisional President and divisional vice presidents.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative role.
- Proven experience in contract administration.
Required Skills
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills, with excellent attention to detail and organizational ability.
- Familiarity with contract law and regulatory requirements is a plus.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with NetSuite is a plus.
Pay Range: $65k - $75k
