Contracts and Executive Administrator

This is a key administrative position within our BlueCherry (Fashion Tech) business, working closely with the President, Sales, Finance, and Legal teams.

About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and maintain contracts to ensure compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of contracts, amendments, and stakeholder correspondence, and monitor renewals and high-level invoice reconciliation to ensure adherence to contract terms.
  • Create and maintain projects in the ERP system.
  • Monitor compliance with contract terms, identifying and addressing discrepancies or issues as needed.
  • Serve as the point of contact for contract-related inquiries, facilitating communication between internal departments and external partners.
  • Identify potential contract risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare reports on contract performance, renewals, and compliance for management review.
  • Work closely with operations, finance, and procurement teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Provide administrative support to the Divisional President and divisional vice presidents.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Proven experience in contract administration.

Required Skills

  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills, with excellent attention to detail and organizational ability.
  • Familiarity with contract law and regulatory requirements is a plus.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working with NetSuite is a plus.

Pay Range: $65k - $75k
