We’re looking for someone with entrepreneurial fire to join our team in Mexico City as a Business Development Representative (BDR).

This is more than a sales role. This is your opportunity to be the first spark in the customer journey — and a key force in the engine driving our growth. You’ll be on the front lines, connecting with potential customers, uncovering pain points, and showing them that BlueConic isn’t just another tool — it’s their competitive edge.

In this role, you will:

  • Be the first point of contact for future BlueConic customers — through email, phone, social, and events. If it gets attention, we’re all in.
  • Qualify leads and set the stage for our Account Executives to shine.
  • Research target accounts and decision-makers to craft personalized, punchy outreach that actually gets responses.
  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and demand gen to launch smart, creative campaigns.
    Keep track of your pipeline and progress in Salesforce — staying organized is how we win.
  • Experiment, iterate, learn — and then do it better.
  • Be a key player in our go-to-market team, not just a cog in the wheel.

We are looking for someone with the following skills:

  • 6+ months of sales or customer-facing experience (extra points for SaaS or tech).
  • A natural communicator — someone who’s comfortable picking up the phone, sending a bold LinkedIn message, or jumping into a conversation at an event.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: self-driven, curious, always looking for new angles to get in the door.
  • Passion for helping people — you genuinely love to see your customers succeed.
  • Interest in how AI and data are transforming the future of marketing.
  • Comfort with hybrid work — you’re based in Mexico City and energized by both collaboration and autonomy.
  • Bonus: Experience with Salesforce, Gong Engage, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
