Overview
We empower brands to transform their customer relationships—and we're looking for a Project Manager who thrives at the intersection of strategy, execution, and customer success. In this role, you’ll lead the delivery of enterprise-level initiatives that accelerate value for our customers and help them unlock the full potential of the BlueConic platform.
You’ll play a critical role in orchestrating cross-functional teams, aligning stakeholders, and guiding customers through every stage of the project lifecycle. Your expertise will extend across both our CDP and XP products, as you develop a deep understanding of how our technology drives real-time growth. If you're energized by solving complex challenges, building platform fluency, and delivering meaningful impact—this is your opportunity to shape the future of customer engagement.

In this role, you will:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise customers during the onboarding phase to ensure alignment, transparency, and timely communication throughout project delivery.
  • Develop and manage project plans (based on Statements of work (SOWs), track milestones and risks, and coordinate cross-functional resources to drive successful execution.
  • Ensure customer goals are embedded in planning and execution to deliver long-term value and impact.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and Account Executives on strategic account planning, project alignment, and opportunity identification.
  • Partner with platform experts or build hands-on knowledge of CDP and XP products to apply the right technical depth to each engagement.
  • Mitigate project risk by proactively identifying blockers, propose solutions, and confidently lead customers through key milestones to maintain momentum.
  • Facilitate candid conversations (internal and external) when expectations need to be realigned, ensuring projects stay on track.
  • Maintain organized documentation and project visibility through internal systems, while sharing customer feedback to inform product and process improvements.

You have:

  • 5-7 years of experience in project management, client services, or professional services in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
  • Ability to manage and communicate across multiple priorities with clarity and structure.
  • Comfortable working with enterprise customers and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational and collaboration skills, with a proactive mindset.
  • Familiarity working with project management tools like Monday.com, Kantata, or similar, and a working knowledge of various project management frameworks.

Bonus: Experience with marketing technology and digital campaign tools.

You’ll Thrive in This Role If You:

  • Enjoy creating clarity, solving problems, and keeping complex projects on track—even when priorities shift.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively across all levels, both verbally and in writing.
  • Take initiative and ownership, proposing solutions and following through with resourcefulness and accountability.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and adapt with energy, flexibility, and curiosity.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally and build strong relationships with both internal teams and customer stakeholders.
  • Are motivated to grow into more strategic or leadership roles over time.

Reasons to join us:

  • Be part of a fast-growing SaaS company at the forefront of marketing technology innovation.
  • Join a people-first culture built on trust, transparency, and support.
  • Help shape a platform that values privacy, personalization, and long-term impact.
  • Work with teams that are collaborative, curious, and always learning.
  • Grow your career in a dynamic, high-growth environment where initiative is celebrated.
