As our Senior Designer, you will play a key role in the creative evolution of BlueConic’s visual identity and digital experience. You bring sharp strategic thinking, refined craft, and strong technical execution across brand, web, and AI-powered creative workflows. This role goes beyond traditional brand design. You are responsible for building scalable creative systems, embedding AI experimentation into our design process, and owning Webflow development to ensure our website becomes a high-performing, conversion-driven growth engine. You set the creative bar and build the systems, tools, and experimentation frameworks that allow us to raise it continuously. This is a high-velocity environment. You are expected to operate with urgency, make smart decisions quickly, and balance speed with quality. We value momentum. Progress beats perfection.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Lead and Evolve the Brand 

  • Help reimagine and evolve BlueConic’s visual identity to reflect our ambition and distinct point of view.
  • Own and continuously refine the brand system including typography, color, layout, iconography, illustration, photography, and motion.
  • Uphold creative consistency while creating space for experimentation and evolution.

Drive AI-Powered Creative Scale

  • Proactively experiment with AI tools such as generative design, image creation, motion, layout systems, and workflow automation to increase creative velocity and performance.
  • Build repeatable AI-enabled design workflows that allow us to scale high-quality creative across campaigns, ads, web, and content.
  • Partner with demand generation and performance teams to test, iterate, and optimize creative using AI-driven experimentation.
  • Run rapid creative experimentation cycles, prioritizing speed to insight over extended deliberation.
  • Deliver iterative improvements quickly, using data and feedback loops to refine work in motion.
  • Evaluate and introduce new AI tools that meaningfully improve output quality, speed, personalization, and creative performance.
  • Establish best practices for responsible and brand-aligned AI usage across the marketing team.

Own Webflow and Digital Experience

  • Lead Webflow page design and development including homepage, product pages, campaign landing pages, blog, and resource center.
  • Translate brand and campaign strategy into high-performing, conversion-oriented web experiences.
  • Build modular, scalable Webflow components that enable faster experimentation and iteration.
  • Launch pages quickly and iterate based on performance data rather than waiting for fully perfected builds.
  • Continuously improve site experience in short, measurable cycles.
  • Partner with marketing operations and growth teams to optimize user experience, page performance, and conversion paths.
  • Maintain design integrity while ensuring technical feasibility and performance standards.

Lead Cross-Channel Creative Execution

  • Design and oversee execution across all channels from paid ads and campaign creative to event branding and sales enablement.
  • Collaborate deeply with content to translate thought leadership into compelling visual storytelling.
  • Maintain a clear creative roadmap, identifying where systems, templates, and automation can increase scale.
  • Act as a strategic creative partner across marketing, product, and GTM teams.

  • Ongoing brand identity evolution and systemization

  • Campaign and ad creative across display, social, paid search, and motion
  • Conversion-focused landing pages built in Webflow
  • AI-enabled creative experimentation framework
  • Content design including reports, infographics, hero visuals, and storytelling systems

  • Internal and executive presentations

 

Required Experience and Qualifications

  • 5-7 year of experience in brand and digital design, preferably in B2B SaaS, consumer branding, or growth-stage companies.
  • Demonstrated experience using AI tools to improve creative output, experimentation, and scalability.
  • Strong Webflow design and development experience including building responsive pages, CMS structures, reusable components, and performance optimization.
  • Proven ability to design for performance marketing and conversion, not just aesthetics.
  • Deep understanding of modern SaaS visual systems and digital-first brand execution.
  • Strong systems thinker with the ability to balance strategic direction and detailed craft.
  • Portfolio demonstrating high-quality execution across web, campaigns, content, and brand systems.

If hired, applicants based in the US can expect an annual base salary and target bonus within the following ranges, depending on experience. BlueConic also offers a comprehensive benefits package to full-time employees including a selection of medical, dental, and vision insurance plans, 401(k) matching, 28 vacation days annually, paid parenting leave, and more.
