We're looking for a talented, driven, and ambitious Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our expanding team in the Philippines and support Blue Cube Service’s ongoing growth. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in building out both Tech and Non-Tech functions across APAC for one of the world’s fastest-growing and most innovative technology companies.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Source, recruit, and interview top-tier talent in APAC
  • Ensure a world-class candidate experience, from the initial point of contact through to onboarding.
  • Lead the recruitment process, including interviewing, skill evaluation, feedback exchange, managing the offer process, and facilitating smooth onboarding.
  • Establish yourself as a trusted advisor and partner to hiring managers across various teams, ensuring a seamless collaboration.
  • Implement innovative sourcing strategies and recruitment tools to engage the best talent, ensuring you are using the right approach for each hiring need.
  • Craft engaging and compelling job descriptions that effectively communicate the unique aspects of each role and the company’s culture.
  • Build and nurture relationships with industry professionals, universities, meetups, and other key events to build a strong network and attract top talent.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • Integrity is paramount – It’s the foundation of everything we do.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a fast-paced and dynamic recruitment environment, ideally within fintech, tech startups, or similar sectors.
  • Previous experience working in both agency and in-house environments is highly valued.
  • A self-starter who is motivated, tenacious, and driven, with the ability to work effectively within a team while maintaining a high sense of urgency.
  • Proven track record of delivering results with exceptional organizational skills, motivation, and follow-through.
  • Ability to identify and address challenges, driving meaningful change where needed.
  • A natural people person who can engage with candidates at all levels, exhibiting a flexible, fearless attitude and excitement about building something meaningful.
  • Fluency in English is required.
