Product Marketing Lead

About the Position:

Bluefish is seeking a dynamic, strategic, and full-stack Product Marketer to own and lead the end-to-end Go-To-Market (GTM) lifecycle for our SaaS platform. In this critical role, you will be responsible for defining and executing our GTM strategy—from market research and segmentation, positioning and messaging, to launch planning, demand generation, sales enablement, and post-launch performance analysis. You will shape how our product is perceived in the market and drive awareness, engagement, and adoption through compelling, customer-centric narratives and cross-functional marketing initiatives.

As both a strategic storyteller and hands-on executor, you will serve as the connective tissue between product, sales, customer success, and the market. You’ll conduct competitive analysis and customer research to inform product positioning, craft go-to-market plans for new features and product launches, build and run integrated campaigns, and arm our revenue teams with the tools they need to win. You’ll continuously measure performance, generate insights, and iterate to improve results—all while working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in B2B SaaS product marketing, thrives in ambiguity, and is passionate about owning the full GTM lifecycle to translate complex technology into clear, differentiated customer value.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Develop and execute the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for new products and features, partnering closely with product, sales, and customer success teams.
  • Craft compelling messaging and positioning that differentiates Bluefish in the AI marketing tech landscape and resonates with our target personas.
  • Build and maintain product marketing collateral, including pitch decks, one-pagers, website copy, blog content, case studies, and more.
  • Drive product launches end-to-end, including planning, internal enablement, external messaging, and campaign execution.
  • Enable the sales team with training, messaging, competitive insights, and tools that help them win.
  • Gather and analyze customer, competitor, and market insights, and translate them into actionable strategies to influence both product roadmap and marketing campaigns.
  • Partner with product management to shape product direction based on market and customer feedback.
  • Establish and track metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and optimize for impact.

 

What you Bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing or a closely related role, ideally within B2B SaaS startups.
  • Proven success in developing GTM strategies and executing high-impact product launches in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong storytelling skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply and effectively across different channels and audiences.
  • Deep understanding of customer personas, buyer journeys, and SaaS sales cycles.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally, especially with product, sales, and customer success teams.
  • Experience with competitive analysis, messaging frameworks, and sales enablement tools.
  • Passion for customer-centricity and a relentless drive to understand user needs and market dynamics.
  • Self-starter mindset with a bias toward action, eager to build processes and content from the ground up.
  • Experience in AI-driven or marketing tech platforms is a strong plus.
