RESPONSABILIDADES Y FUNCIONES

  • Realizar la limpieza de los apartamentos después de la salida de un inquilino, preparando el apartamento para la próxima entrada.
  • Identificar y dirigir problemas de mantenimiento de los apartamentos.
  • Mantener una comunicación activa con los gerentes para resolver rápidamente los problemas.
  • Ser responsable del estándar de calidad del servicio prestado y que será evaluado por el inquilino.
  • Proponer soluciones de limpieza y conservación de los muebles, equipos y estructura de cada unidad.
  • Seguir la lista de verificación de actividades previamente preparada para la limpieza de cada unidad.

REQUISITOS Y CALIFICACIONES

  • Experiencia previa en limpieza y conservación de unidades residenciales.
  • Comunicación clara y activa para una rápida resolución de problemas.
  • Tener un sentido de urgencia y una fuerte mentalidad centrada en la atención al cliente.
  • Tener energía, motivación y enfoque para llevar a cabo las tareas
