Responsabilidades:

• Realizar mantenimiento preventivo en apartamentos e instalaciones según cronogramas establecidos.
• Diagnosticar y corregir problemas técnicos en equipos y sistemas.
• Realizar reparaciones y reposición de piezas, garantizando la calidad y seguridad del trabajo.
• Realice inspecciones periódicas para identificar problemas potenciales y tomar medidas correctivas.
• Colaborar con otros departamentos para garantizar la integridad de los sistemas y equipos.
• Mantener registros precisos de todas las actividades de mantenimiento realizadas.
• Siga los procedimientos y regulaciones de seguridad relevantes durante todas las actividades.
• Participar en el desarrollo de planes de mantenimiento y la implementación de mejoras de procesos.

Requisitos:

• Experiencia en mantenimiento de casas y apartamentos.
