We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team in Sao Paulo and help us attract and develop top talent across US cities. You will focus on bringing on-board amazing people that will love our culture and embrace our values. What you will focus on:
- Mass/Volume Recruitment:
- Lead and manage high-volume recruitment campaigns for roles in our Ops teams across US cities.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract a large pool of qualified candidates.
- Sourcing and Candidate Management:
- Utilize a variety of sourcing methods including job boards, social media, community outreach, and referral programs.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of candidates to ensure a steady flow of applicants for ongoing hiring needs.
- Manage candidate relationships and provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Agency Collaboration:
- Partner with recruitment agencies to supplement internal sourcing efforts and ensure timely fulfillment of hiring needs.
- Negotiate and manage agency contracts, ensuring alignment with company standards and budget.
- Act as the primary point of contact for agency partners, fostering strong, collaborative relationships.
- Be a Blueground Ambassador: Get people excited about Blueground and match great talent to great opportunities. You will often be the first person that someone talks to from Blueground, so you need to be great at understanding what motivates them and match their motivations with the many benefits of working here.
- Collaborative Hiring Process: Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and relevant stakeholders, ensuring a seamless interview process for candidates. Facilitate candidate feedback sessions and debrief meetings to gather input and make informed hiring decisions. Work closely with HR teams to manage offer negotiations, pre-employment checks, and onboarding processes.
What we are looking for:
- 6+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on multi-state high-volume hiring for operational/field roles.
- Experience in partnering and collaborating with external recruitment agencies.
- Tech-savvy and familiar with our tools/systems: Greenhouse or other Applicant Tracking System, Google Suite and Slack.
- Candidate experience focused, passionate about being creative in our approach to sourcing talent.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, tenacious, personable and articulate.
- Ability to establish trusted relationships with management, candidates and external partners.
- Positive attitude combined with a desire to make work fun.
