We have 500 properties in London and we are looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to work for our London-based operations. The ideal candidate is a stickler for detail, proactive, skilled in general maintenance tasks, and thoughtful to ensure that the property is continuously in pristine condition for our guests. The role is primarily responsible for completing interior installations or repairs to brand standards as well as keeping operations managers informed of potential repairs, actions being taken, and the status of major maintenance projects.

What You Will Focus On:

• Installation of furniture, lights, home appliances, wall mounting of mirrors and artwork as required based on furnishing standards.

• Conduct repairs as needed (carpentry, handyman tasks, wall painting tasks).

• Troubleshoot and repair where possible. Arrange repairs with a specialist appliance engineer if needed.

• Conduct inspections and provide a snag list for the apartments.

• Liaise with contractors on maintenance tasks (appliances, plumbing, electrical work, etc.), hand over, communication, and follow-up checks.

• Assist guests with maintenance/technical issues (electrical, plumbing, carpentry) to support a positive guest experience.

• Assist in delivering missing items to clients, such as glassware, lighting, small appliances, etc.

• Source spare parts needed for the tasks assigned and maintain stock inventory.

• Cooperate with and coordinate a cleaning crew to ensure the apartments are cleaned to our standards.

What We Are Looking For:

• Service attitude, a desire to transform your career, and an entrepreneurial spirit.

• Experience (at least 3 years) as a General Maintenance / Repairs Technician or in a similar role.

• Experience in spare parts and knowledge of suppliers to source them.

• Eye for details and ability to inspect apartments and provide accurate reports/snag lists.

• Strong knowledge of maintenance/technical procedures and practices.

• Client-oriented with very good communication skills.

• An active driving license as you will drive a van every day.

• Fluent level of English.

• Flexibility in schedule and ability to attend emergencies as needed.

• Appropriate certifications for the equipment in use.

• Great problem-solving skills.
