We are looking for a Quality Associate to join our fast-growing Athens team. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for detail, a proactive mindset, and a passion for maintaining high-quality standards. This role focuses on ensuring our properties consistently meet Blueground’s quality standards and delivering an exceptional guest experience. Responsibilities include conducting detailed audits of apartment conditions with a focus on analytics, attention to detail, and problem-solving. You will identify issues, provide actionable feedback, and collaborate with teams and vendors to drive quality improvements. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential to support operational performance, and uphold Blueground’s high standards.
 
What you will focus on:
  • Visit properties to perform detailed on-site audits of apartment conditions, including furniture, amenities, cleanliness, and general maintenance, ensuring they meet Blueground’s quality standards.
  • Gather and analyze data from audits to provide insights into team performance and evaluate third-party vendor performance, delivering actionable feedback and support to uphold quality standards.
  • Analyze city-wide data to identify trends in quality issues and operational performance, pinpointing areas for improvement.
  • Enhance the guest experience by implementing city-specific action plans to improve check-in scores.
  • Prepare detailed reports on city compliance and performance metrics, tracking trends and operational standards on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Communicate audit findings and improvement areas effectively to vendors, City Operations management, and general management, helping drive continuous quality improvements.
  • Actively contribute to the evolution of the Quality Department by promoting and embodying a culture of continuous improvement within Blueground’s quality standards.
What we are looking for:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations or quality, preferably in the hospitality industry or manufacturing.
  • BA/BS preferred, especially in Quality.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between properties (not required in all markets).
  • Ability to conduct detailed assessments of apartments and furniture.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in synthesizing data and creating presentations to simplify complex problems.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and G-Suite.
  • Experience in a Quality Assurance-related position is a plus.
  • Good command of the Greek language.
