We are looking to recruit a Real Estate Administrator based in Athens, to support the growth and organisation of the Real Estate team across our German speaking EMEA cities. To succeed in the role, you should be committed to providing attentive support for internal parties and ensuring consistent, efficient operations. If you are a well-organized, analytical person with great communication skills this role may be for you!
 
What you will focus on:
  • Work with the Real Estate teams on all related business and administrative activities, including administration of leasing new apartments, handling correspondence with landlords and partners.
  • Manage inbound pipeline of new properties by accessing incoming leads
  • Communicate with landlords regarding company procedures
  • Track and maintain lease correspondence and files.
  • Perform administrative duties and ensure all information is accurately entered into the company database system and g-sheets.
What we are looking for:
  • Fluency in German and either Greek or English (both written and verbal skills)
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant work experience
  • Optional: Real estate experience will be considered as a plus
  • Analytical skills including use of Google Sheets / Excel
  • Strong communication skills and with an eye-to-detail approach
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments
  • Ability to work independently and with speed
  • Desire to obtain new skills and exposure to working in a professional environment
