Bluehole Studio, as a game production studio which opened a new chapter in MMORPG,
aims to provide fun and impressed experience to global users.
The game industry has continuously grown, while changing faster than ever,
to present fun and impression which all global users can truly enjoy,
and there is a limit to keeping up with such a speed only with individual strength alone.
Therefore, Bluehole Studio, as an organization to motivate and at the same time to encourage each other based on talent exchange and cooperation,

크로스 플랫폼 서비스를 목표로 글로벌 슈터 팬들의 다양한 니즈를 만족시킬 수 있는 슈터 플랫폼 타이틀을 개발합니다.

  • 게임 프로젝트 매니지먼트(PM) 경력 2년 이상을 보유하신 분 (또는 이에 준하는 역량을 갖추신 분)
  • 비즈니스 수준의 영어 및 중국어 커뮤니케이션(회화 및 서면)이 모두 가능하신 분
  • 아트 및 기술(Tech) 직군 간의 작업 프로세스를 이해하고 이를 조율하여 파이프라인을 구축해 본 경험이 있으신 분
  • Jira 및 Confluence를 활용한 워크플로우 설계 및 대시보드 구축 능력이 탁월하신 분
  • 프로젝트의 마일스톤 수립, 일정 관리 및 리스크 식별/대응 역량을 갖추신 분
  • 논리적인 사고를 바탕으로 다양한 이해관계자와 원활하게 협업할 수 있는 커뮤니케이션 능력을 보유하신 분
  • 해외 출장에 결격 사유가 없는 분
