About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Development Manager, Data Engineering to lead and grow our data engineering practice. • Review and approve technical aspects of Statements of Work (SOWs) and project plans
  • Provide hands-on keyboard support when team members are blocked or when critical deliverables require direct intervention
  • Define and enforce technical standards, coding conventions, and best practices across the team

Delivery & Project Direction

  • Partner with delivery leadership to clear roadblocks, manage client conflict, and ensure projects stay on track
  • Define roadmaps with clearly scoped, distributable tasks that enable parallel execution
  • Break work into incremental deliverables that provide early value and support iterative improvement
  • Prioritize features and projects based on level of effort (LOE) and business impact

Resource Management

  • Manage allocation of technical resources across active engagements, ensuring the right skills are matched to project needs
  • Collaborate with delivery managers and account leads to anticipate resource needs and proactively address capacity constraints

Sales & Presales Support

  • Participate in presales conversations to provide technical credibility and help scope data engineering solutions
  • Articulate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders and prospective clients
  • Assist in proposal development, SOW definition, and technical estimation

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
