How will your role help us transform hope into reality?
This 6-month internship (full-time or 4 days per week) will serve as an introduction to International Pricing and Market Access. This is a fantastic opportunity for students who have just finished their university cycle or who are still enrolled in a university degree program to gain exposure to the crucial functions in an International start-up biotech environment. Within Market Access, you will gain exposure to the complex international pricing system, market access and the health technology assessment processes. The internship will start on September 1st.
What will you do?
Projects will be crafted along one or multiple of the following key areas based on interest and business needs:
- Market Access:
- Shadow the International Pricing & Market Access team to gain understanding of the complex market access and pricing process
- Assist in pricing data collection, analysis and market access strategy development for existing and new products
- Monitor international reference pricing (IRP) trends and their impact on local pricing strategies
- Assist the director in the market access internal educational materials and communications
- Conduct desk research on healthcare policies, reimbursement landscapes, and pricing regulations across different markets
- Contribute to the preparation of value dossiers, payer presentations, and pricing submissions
- Assist in the development of health economic models, budget impact analyses, and cost-effectiveness assessments.
- Provide support for internal and external stakeholder engagement, including regulatory authorities, payers, and market access consultants
- On-site Expectations:
- While blueprint offers flexibility to work from home, you will gain the most of this experience by being on-site and learning first-hand from the key functional stakeholders. For this reason, we request presence in the office at least twice per week, to be agreed with functional managers.
What minimum qualifications do we require?
- You are currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters degree or you have just completed your Bachelors or Masters degree
What additional qualifications will make you a stronger candidate?
- MAJOR OR AREA OF STUDY: Economics, Public Health, Health Economics, Health Management, and/or Life science related disciplines (e.g. Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field.)
- BROAD AREAS OF INTEREST: pricing, market Access, health technology assessment, healthcare systems, drug development, lifecycle management
