Cyber SME III Technology Capabilities, TS/SCI

Security Requirements: TS/SCI (SAP eligible)

Skills/Experience:

Core Experience & Project Management: Fifteen (15) years of technical expertise related to cyber engineering and cyberspace test and evaluation with 10 years’ experience in project management.

Technical & Operational Focus: Ten (10) years’ experience supporting the analysis, assessment, demonstration, testing, and/or experimentation of cyber capabilities.

Demonstrated participation in the research, development, integration, and testing of innovative technologies for both offensive and defensive cyber. 

System Evaluation & Validation: Ten (10) years’ experience evaluating and validating sensor system performance, effectiveness, and operational feasibility.

Demonstrated experience in recommending assessments to determine system performance to risks.

Compliance & Certification: Must meet certification requirements per applicable DoW Directives and DoW Instructions. Must have relevant industry credentials such as: • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) • Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) • Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) • CompTIA Advanced Security Practitioner (CASP+) • Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP) • Global Information Assurance Certifications (GIAC) • Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP)

Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in computer science, Information Technology, cybersecurity, or related science or engineering field.

Preferred Skills and Experience: Military or DoW experience.
