Marketing & Social Media Coordinator
About The Role
This is a hands-on, early-career marketing role focused on executing local campaigns, social content, and community engagement. You’ll work closely with our Director of Brand & Communications while partnering with local operations teams to make sure each market shows up strong, online and in the community.
This role is based in Denver, CO, but will support multiple regions, so some travel is expected.
What You’ll Do Here
- Manage and post content across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Google Business Profile
- Coordinate and capture local content (technicians, job sites, events, community moments)
- Plan and execute 2–5 local events and activations per month
- Build relationships with local organizations, small businesses, and customers
- Support PR opportunities alongside corporate partners
- Help drive Google reviews and customer testimonials
- Receive hands-on mentorship from seasoned marketing leaders to help grow your marketing skillset
We’d Love To Hear From You if You Have:
- 1–3+ years of experience in marketing, social media, or events (internships count)
- Comfortable being in the field, capturing content, and working with teams
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple markets/projects
- Creative mindset with an eye for content and storytelling
- Willingness to travel and support multiple locations
The annual compensation range for this position is $60,000 – $80,000, based on experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, paid time off, and retirement benefits.
