About the Role
We are seeking a Sales & Service Plumber to join our team. This is a selling technician role where you’ll meet with homeowners, diagnose plumbing issues, present solutions, and complete the work yourself. You’ll own the job from start to finish, delivering both excellent service and a great customer experience. Roles like “service plumber” typically combine repair, maintenance, and customer interaction responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Run service calls, diagnose issues, and recommend solutions
• Present repair/replacement options and pricing to homeowners
• Perform plumbing repairs, installations, and upgrades
• Build trust through clear, honest communication
• Manage jobs from sale through completion
• Ensure high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate notes, invoices, and job details

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of residential plumbing experience
• Strong communication and sales/upselling ability
• Ability to both sell and perform the work
• Organized, self-motivated, and customer-focused
• Valid driver’s license
