ABOUT THE ROLE:

As an IT Specialist , you will support the overall planning, organization, and execution of local & global IT efforts, on a variety of features and cross team projects, with a great group of people. 

What You'll Do:

  • Providing support and maintenance to all users and devices.
  • Managing access to the company’s IT systems and tools.
  • Installing and configuring new workstations and software.
  • Administration of network equipment.
  • Be an active part of all IT projects, deployment of new IT systems and services.
  • Helping define IT infrastructure strategy, architecture, and processes.
  • Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • Work on complex and escalated support issues.
  • Working in a fast and dynamic environment.

What We Look For:

  • At least 3-4 years experience in a similar position.
  • Experience supporting users operating systems: Mac OS, Windows
  • Knowledge of troubleshooting hardware, software and peripherals.
  • Experience with corporate IT systems. G-suite, Okta, MDM’s, Atlassian, IDP solutions, Slack.
  • Experience, good understanding and knowledge in networking, switches and routing.
  • Ability to work independently / team, with multi-tasking capabilities.
  • Hands-on with a can-do approach, strong interpersonal skills that thrives in a fast-paced environment, ambitious and highly motivated for supporting company end-users and technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Fluent in English communication.

Nice to have:

  • Familiarity with Automation tools and Scripting
  • Experience working with Cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Experience with security standards and best practices
