ABOUT THE ROLE:
As an IT Specialist , you will support the overall planning, organization, and execution of local & global IT efforts, on a variety of features and cross team projects, with a great group of people.
What You'll Do:
- Providing support and maintenance to all users and devices.
- Managing access to the company’s IT systems and tools.
- Installing and configuring new workstations and software.
- Administration of network equipment.
- Be an active part of all IT projects, deployment of new IT systems and services.
- Helping define IT infrastructure strategy, architecture, and processes.
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Work on complex and escalated support issues.
- Working in a fast and dynamic environment.
What We Look For:
- At least 3-4 years experience in a similar position.
- Experience supporting users operating systems: Mac OS, Windows
- Knowledge of troubleshooting hardware, software and peripherals.
- Experience with corporate IT systems. G-suite, Okta, MDM’s, Atlassian, IDP solutions, Slack.
- Experience, good understanding and knowledge in networking, switches and routing.
- Ability to work independently / team, with multi-tasking capabilities.
- Hands-on with a can-do approach, strong interpersonal skills that thrives in a fast-paced environment, ambitious and highly motivated for supporting company end-users and technologies.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluent in English communication.
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with Automation tools and Scripting
- Experience working with Cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Experience with security standards and best practices
