ABOUT THE ROLE:

As the Salesforce Administrator you will be responsible for leading the ongoing development of Salesforce Sales & Service Clouds as well as other tools used by Sales and Customer Support teams. The candidate will have a record of success in improving processes and managing integrations. The administrator will work closely with other parts of the organization to identify, develop and deploy new business processes. This role is part technical Project Manager, part Administrator and part Developer. The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for executing the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of the tools used by our revenue organization.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Be the subject matter expert and primary support contact for the company on all things Salesforce - Sales & Service Clouds.
  • Support all integrations utilizing Salesforce as the core platform. Examples of integrations include Dialpad, Outreach and Marketing Cloud
  • Implement new functionality and automation including flows, custom objects, validations, custom development work and apex.
  • Work closely with stakeholders and technical teams to develop technical designs for complex projects using a combination of out of the box features and custom code.
  • Handle all administrative functions including user account maintenance.
  • Design and develop integrations between tools and company systems to improve data flow and team productivity.
  • Stay updated on Salesforce features and security trends, advocating for their adoption to drive innovation and efficiency.
  • Manage deployment processes and collaborate with Sales Operations and Engineering teams to ensure smooth deployments.
  • Document technical specifications and provide training on new build.
  • Take part in maturing the capabilities of the Salesforce team by providing constructive feedback, sharing and facilitating learning opportunities to help them mature their skills and contribute effectively to the team's success.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, Salesforce Developer & Advanced Admin Certification Required
  • 10+ years Salesforce development experience in Sales & Service Clouds, including custom Apex and Visualforce coding, Lightning components, and advanced Salesforce configurations. A solid understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices is essential.
  • Hands-on experience with API integrations and Salesforce integration tools like Heroku.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of delivering innovative solutions that address complex business challenges.
  • Familiarity with security principles & best practices and experience implementing Salesforce solutions that comply with industry standards like SOC 2. Experience with Salesforce Shield is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead projects, mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders cross-functionally.
  • A growth mindset with a commitment to staying up to date on the latest Salesforce features and industry best practices.
  • Experience working with the Salesforce Marketing Cloud a plus!
