About the Role
Bluevine is hiring a Senior Sales Manager – Lending & Credit to lead all Lending Sales execution from India. This role owns the performance, development, and scale of our entire India-based Sales Associate organization, responsible for selling lending and credit products to both new and existing U.S. small business customers.
This is a leadership role with direct accountability for revenue outcomes, sales execution rigor, and team performance. You will lead frontline sales associates, partner closely with U.S. leadership, and play a critical role in scaling Bluevine’s lending business efficiently and responsibly.
What You’ll Do
Sales Leadership & Revenue Ownership
- Own lending revenue, repeat usage, and portfolio growth driven by India-based sales teams.
- Lead teams selling to both new prospects and existing customers across Bluevine’s lending and credit products.
- Set clear goals, quotas, and KPIs; drive disciplined execution through regular pipeline reviews, forecasting, and performance management.
- Translate revenue goals into clear sales strategies, priorities, and operating rhythms.
People Leadership & Team Development
- Lead, coach, and develop a large, high-performing organization of Sales Associates and Team Leads
- Hire, onboard, and ramp talent at scale in partnership with Recruiting and Enablement.
Operational Excellence & Insights
- Establish and maintain strong sales operating discipline: playbooks, processes, tooling, and documentation.
- Use data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across funnels, cohorts, and portfolios.
- Ensure adherence to lending policies, regulatory requirements, and internal risk standards.
- Continuously improve sales productivity, efficiency, and quality.
Global & Cross-Functional Partnership
- Act as a key partner to the U.S.-based Head of Sales and senior leadership.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Enablement, and Analytics teams.
- Support scaling initiatives as Bluevine expands its lending and credit offerings.
What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years of experience in sales, relationship management, or revenue leadership.
- 5+ years of experience leading large frontline sales teams and/or managers.
- Excellent communication skills and experience working with global stakeholders.
- Prior experience in start-ups highly preferred, hustle and get-stuff done mentality
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
