We are looking for an outstanding Bookkeeper (up to Balance Sheet) to join our Finance team.
This role includes full responsibility for day-to-day accounting operations and the monthly close process.
What you’ll do:
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping activities up to Trial Balance / Balance Sheet.
- Perform monthly reconciliations of all Balance Sheet accounts, including: bank accounts, credit cards, vendors, accruals, prepaid expenses, intercompany balances, etc.
- Record supplier invoices and oversee the monthly payment run process.
- Prepare and file statutory reports to Israeli authorities (VAT, Income Tax advances, National Insurance, Forms 856 & 126, etc.).
- Maintain the Fixed Assets register and calculate depreciation.
- Process Travel & Expense reports and ensure compliance with company policy.
- Support monthly, quarterly and annual closing processes.
- Participate in ad-hoc accounting projects as required.
What we look for:
- 5+ years of experience as a Bookkeeper (up to Balance Sheet) in a high-tech company.
- Certified Bookkeeper Type 2 or above - mandatory.
- Proven experience with Israeli tax compliance (VAT filings, Income Tax advances, National Insurance, etc.).
- Experience in a multi-currency environment.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Good written and verbal English.
Nice to have:
- Experience with NetSuite - Significant advantage.
- Experience with implementation or optimization of accounting systems.
- Experience working in a global company.
