About the Role
We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive People Programs Specialist to help design, implement, and scale impactful People initiatives that elevate the employee experience across the organization. This role is a great fit for someone who thrives in program coordination, cross-functional collaboration, and process optimization.
As part of the People Team Center of Excellence (CoE), you’ll play a key role in driving global programs spanning onboarding; recognition; wellness; Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB); offboarding; and more. You’ll work closely with partners across the business to bring ideas to life—translating strategy into action and continuously improving how we support and engage our teams.
What You’ll Do
- Support People Program Execution
- Support the rollout and coordination of key people-focused programs including onboarding, recognition, wellness, learning & development, DEIB, and offboarding.
- Help develop and maintain program documentation, toolkits, workflows, and communication materials.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., People Business Partners, People Ops, and People Leadership) to ensure alignment and effective program delivery.
- Operational & Administrative Support
- Track timelines, monitor logistics, and follow up on action items to ensure seamless execution of People Programs.
- Coordinate with vendors and external partners supporting program implementation.
- Support scheduling, communications, and stakeholder engagement tied to program execution.
- Data & Insights
- Collect and organize program metrics, participation data, and feedback to assess performance and impact.
- Help prepare insights for quarterly reviews and leadership updates, highlighting effectiveness and opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct research and run internal surveys to inform and improve program design. Summarize findings in clear, actionable formats for key stakeholders.
- Process Improvement
- Identify and recommend improvements to enhance program workflows and employee experience.
- Help streamline systems, documentation, and coordination practices across the People team.
- Support cost-efficiency by proposing innovative approaches that improve program quality while staying within budget.
What We Look For
- 2+ years of experience in Human Resources, Program Coordination, or People Operations.
- Hands-on experience supporting employee lifecycle programs or operations
- A People-first mindset with a strong interest in enhancing the employee experience through thoughtful programming
- Familiarity with HR tools and systems (e.g., BambooHR, Lattice, Google Workspace)
- Comfort with data tracking and basic reporting in Google Sheets and Microsoft Suite
- Strong organizational skills and clear, professional communication style
- Proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail
- Experience in high-growth or startup environments and/or exposure to Learning & Development (L&D) or DEIB programs is preferred
New Hire Base Salary Range: $82,100 - $98,600
