ABOUT THE ROLE:

Bluevine grows its Lending business through a combination of direct acquisition and strategic partnerships. In this role, you will own and scale Bluevine’s partnerships channel for Lending, standing up new strategic partnerships, expanding existing relationships, and driving partner-originated revenue to its full potential.

You will lead relationships with strategic partners, with a clear mandate to maximize high-quality applications and funded originations. You will own channel performance, from partner onboarding through ongoing optimization and revenue delivery, translating strategy into day-to-day execution.

You will serve as the primary point of contact for Bluevine’s largest and most strategic partners. In parallel, you will directly manage the commercial operations team supporting Bluevine’s sales teams, ensuring strong execution, clear accountability, and continuous improvement in sales performance.

This role carries full responsibility for outcomes. Success will be measured by sustained growth in partner-driven originations, efficient unit economics, and the ability to build durable, high-impact partnerships. Strong performance in this role naturally sets the foundation for expanded scope and long-term growth within Bluevine.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Own and manage strategic lead-generation partnerships within Bluevine’s Lending Marketplace, delivering qualified applications for Bluevine’s lending products, with accountability for funded originations, credit quality, and unit economics.
  • Identify, launch, and operationalize new strategic partners that can consistently deliver high-intent, well-qualified lending demand at scale.
  • Own peer partnerships with other lenders, where Bluevine distributes third-party lending products to existing Bluevine customers, maximizing customer value, approval rates, and revenue contribution.
  • Lead commercial structuring, negotiation, and renewal of partnership agreements across both partnership motions, optimizing for volume, economics, and long-term strategic fit.
  • Shape how Bluevine’s lending and partner products are positioned by defining clear value propositions, enablement materials, and operating expectations.
  • Own end-to-end performance management across all partnerships by tracking partner-level outcomes and portfolio health, and working cross-functionally with Product, Risk, Marketing, Sales, and Operations to improve conversion, funding rates, customer experience, and lifetime value.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR:

  • 5+ years of experience, including relevant experience in partnerships, sales, consulting, investment banking, or similar.
    • Candidates with 3 years of consulting experience and 2 years of experience gained through highly structured internship programs (e.g., banking or consulting) will also be considered.
  • Ability to build relationships with and influence strategic partners.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, quantitative rigor, and sound business judgment.
  • Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience using Salesforce, Excel and SQL to analyze performance, and familiarity with Tableau or similar BI tools to build, interpret, and communicate insights.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional partners, including Marketing, Revenue Enablement, Product, Risk, and Legal, to achieve shared goals.
  • Experience leading commercial initiatives end-to-end, including hands-on execution and ownership of results, not just planning or analysis.
  • Demonstrated drive and adaptability; energized by clear goals and working through obstacles to deliver results.

Race & Ethnicity Definitions

If you believe you belong to any of the categories of protected veterans listed below, please indicate by making the appropriate selection. As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
