  • Research target accounts and identify founders, business owners, operators, and finance leaders who may benefit from Bluevine’s banking and payments products.
  • Personalize outreach at scale and develop messaging that converts prospects into meaningful conversations and qualified meetings.
  • Qualify prospects by understanding their business, current banking relationships, needs, and level of interest.
  • Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives and provide clear context to support productive conversations.
  • Test call scripts, subject lines, value propositions, and outreach cadences, and apply what you learn to improve targeting, messaging, and the broader outbound sales process.
  • Maintain accurate activity, contact, and prospect records in Salesforce and other sales tools.
  • Manage follow-up diligently and consistently execute against daily and weekly calling, email, meeting, and CRM expectations.
  • Achieve activity, meeting, conversion, and pipeline goals while representing Bluevine with professionalism and integrity.

What We Look For

  • 2+ years of experience in sales development, business development, inside sales, or another outbound prospecting role.
  • A track record of using cold calls and personalized emails to generate conversations and qualified meetings.
  • A confident, engaging phone presence and the ability to connect with founders, business owners, and finance leaders.
  • Experience using a CRM and sales engagement platform; Salesforce experience is preferred.
  • Comfort using AI tools and LLMs to support research, personalization, and workflow development.
  • Clear communication, strong organization, sound judgment, and disciplined follow-up.
  • Resilience, curiosity, and a willingness to learn from feedback and performance data.
  • An interest in fintech, business banking, and helping small and midsize businesses grow.
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
