About the Company

At BMG Money, our mission is to provide access to affordable and responsible credit for underserved consumers facing unexpected expenses. We all share one vision— Redefining lending through technology, where underserved individuals can thrive financially through forward-thinking, responsible, and innovative financial solutions.

Job Summary

We’re looking for a Product Operations Analyst who will sit at the intersection of product, operations, and data. Your role is to ensure our product teams are equipped with the insights, systems, and processes needed to ship high-impact features quickly and efficiently. You’ll help drive data-informed decisions, optimize product performance, and improve the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with product managers to operationalize roadmaps, improve feature rollouts, and monitor performance post-launch.
  • Analyze product performance metrics and user behavior to identify opportunities for iteration or innovation.
  • Identify bottlenecks across business workflows (sales, customer service, compliance, etc.) and recommend scalable solutions.
  • Act as a liaison between product, operations, compliance, and credit risk teams.
  • Create and manage documentation that captures core processes, team workflows, and key initiatives.
  • Help establish KPIs and track performance across product and business units.
  • Drive product feedback loops, aligning customer insights with development priorities.
  • Assist leadership with special projects and high-priority strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in product operations, business operations, data analysis, or a similar analytical and cross-functional role (experience at a fintech company is a big plus).
  • A bias toward action: you can identify opportunities, gather the right data, and move quickly to implement improvements.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to influence without authority.
  • Familiarity with agile product development methodologies and tools (Azure DevOps, Confluence, Asana, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like SQL, Excel, Looker, or similar BI tools.
  • Experience in a startup or at a fast-scaling organization is a strong plus
