Job Summary
We are looking for a Quality Assurance Agent - Collections who is responsible for performing quality assessments of calls made by Collections agents. The primary goal is to ensure that agents are adhering to company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct the required number of quality assurance reviews on agent calls each week.
- Stay current with relevant company policies and procedures.
- Participate in weekly QA review sessions with department leadership to discuss findings.
Qualifications
- 0-2 years call center operations or customer services administrative experience
- Attention to detail
