Senior Analyst - DLA TECHNOLOGY ACCELERATOR
About BMNT
In this role, you will join a rapidly growing innovation consulting firm, BMNT, Inc., headquartered in Palo Alto, CA with an east coast office in Arlington, VA. BMNT is unique because of the focus on Mission Acceleration - increasing the speed at which mission-driven organizations solve complex problems at scale. BMNT is not only an established thought leader in innovation but is actively changing how organizations think about and solve problems, as demonstrated by the creation of Hacking for Defense (H4D) ®. Our customers span across the U.S. public sector, and abroad in the United Kingdom and Australia.
About the Role
At BMNT, Senior Analysts are operators responsible for driving execution across the innovation pipeline.
As a Senior Analyst supporting the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Technology Accelerator, you will serve as a core execution lead under the Project Lead —owning project delivery, advancing validated problems into prototype development, and ensuring consistent progress across multiple lines of effort.
This role requires strong ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to operate independently while staying aligned to program priorities. You will manage day-to-day execution, contribute to problem curation and intake, and ensure work products are delivered at a high standard.
Location: This is a hybrid position within commuting distance to our Arlington, VA office with the expectation of being in the office three (3) days per week and sometimes more often based on customer needs. Occasional travel required.
What You Will Be Doing (Responsibilities):
Technology Accelerator Execution

- Maintain visibility on assigned project timelines, deliverables, risks, and dependencies.
- Drive day-to-day progress across projects, ensuring work moves forward without delay.
- Track and manage tasks within established systems (e.g., Monday.com), ensuring accuracy and accountability.
- Identify risks, blockers, and inefficiencies, and resolve or escalate with proposed solutions.
- Ensure project outputs, metrics, and documentation are captured consistently and accurately.
Project Curation, Intake & Pipeline Support
- Develop problem statements to validate and refine projects entering the Technology Accelerator.
- Conduct discovery interviews and research to clarify problem statements, stakeholders, and user needs.
- Develop and maintain intake documentation to support project transition and execution.
- Identify secondary opportunities or adjacent problem areas that can expand project impact.
- Maintain visibility on pipeline activity and contribute to tracking and reporting efforts.
Prototype & MVP Development
- Support and drive execution of minimal viable product (MVP) and prototype development efforts.
- Coordinate with government stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to meet project milestones.
- Conduct research, testing, and data collection to inform iteration and decision-making.
- Translate findings into clear, actionable deliverables and summaries for stakeholders.
Team Execution & Workflow Management
- Manage day-to-day workflows across assigned efforts, ensuring tasks are completed on time.
- Work with Project Lead 1 to ensure alignment across multiple projects and priorities.
- Lead execution of team deliverables—including reports, AARs, briefings, and communications with oversight from Project Lead and Program Manager.
- Maintain discipline in tracking systems and ensure data is current, accurate, and usable.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
- Work directly with DLA stakeholders to gather inputs, validate assumptions, and drive project progress.
- Build credibility through consistent execution and high-quality deliverables.
- Communicate clearly and concisely in both written and verbal formats.
- Respond to stakeholder and internal communications in a timely, professional manner.
Experience and Qualifications You’ll Need to Thrive in this Role:
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience required.
- 4-6 years of relevant experience in consulting, program execution, product development, or a related field.
- Experience working across multiple projects or work streams simultaneously.
- Experience in innovation programs, defense, or federal environments preferred.
Skills & Competencies
- Executes with ownership—takes responsibility for outcomes, not just tasks.
- Strong organizational and task management skills across multiple concurrent efforts.
- Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights.
- Demonstrated ability to identify risks and take proactive action.
- Clear and effective communicator with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality execution.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and adapting to evolving priorities.
- Curious, coachable, and continuously improving.
Additional Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship required.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC).
- Ability to support in-person engagements and occasional travel.
- Excitement for BMNT’s mission and delivering innovation within the federal space.
What Success Looks Like
- Projects consistently progress from intake to prototype with minimal friction.
- Tasks and deliverables are completed on time with high quality.
- Risks are identified early and addressed before impacting execution.
- Stakeholders are informed, engaged, and confident in project progress.
- The Technology Accelerator pipeline remains active, organized, and outcome-driven.
If you are a self-starter with an obsession for outcomes, not activities and a history of achievements, and enjoy working on projects with collaborative and creative teams, this could be the right role for you!
Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
